Fast Forward – What it is all about?
Objective
To accelerate the development and readiness of our talents among specialists and first level managers in order to have available a strong pool of successors.
Requirements: • University degree
• Fluent in English -> employee is tested before the program
• Minimum 1 year in the position
• Pervious year performance rating must show as Full or Exceptional
• Employee potential rating must be either growth or turn
• Employees own and managers motivation letter why the personal should be in the progam.

Go through list of development activities
Discuss with your line manager and Mentor and choose up to 3 activities to be completed during the program
These 3 activities will be reported to the Senior Management during the project presentation at the end of the program
