The board finds the whole management team non competent to manage the new situation

So they did the obvious…… sacked the CEO and went out to the market to hire a new one

•Mature in age and actions

•Control freak

• Great past record for bringing in collective productivity for his milk farms

•Was the previous CEO

Brought in a few of his fellow buddies like the lone Ranger, Mr I know it all etc because he has worked with them in the past
