Commencing in 2012, the HR Excellence Award has been presented by the HKIHRM every two years

since 2015. It is the continued objective of the HKIHRM to uplift the professionalism of human resource

practitioners, promote good people management practices for the well-being of the working

population and the sustainable development of Hong Kong. These awards show appreciation to

those companies and individuals who strive to make a difference when it comes to pursuing the best

human resources management strategies and practices.
