• RPPR is replacing eSNAP for submitting SNAP progress reports & PHS 416-9 for Fellowship progress reports

• All SNAP and F progress reports with start dates of July 1st or later will be required to use RPPR

• For SNAP awards the initiate eSNAP option will remain available until July 2013; however, this is only to accommodate reports due before May 15th that are late.

If you initiate an eSNAP for a report due on or after May 15th, contact the  eRA Help Desk so that the eSNAP can be removed and an RPPR initiated in its place.

Public Access Compliance • Requirement enforced starting 7/1/13

• Awards will be held until all publications sited in progress report are NIH compliant.

• RGC will access the NIH non-compliance tool and run reports for PIs adding any non-compliant publications to Department Award Checklists for action by you or your investigator.

When should I ask for help from the TAT?Report your concerns when:

– Someone threatens you or OHSU directly or when you see bullying or “low level” forms of aggression

– You become aware of a direct or indirect threat against any person or OHSU

– You become concerned about any person’s behavior or statements at OHSU

– You become concerned about potential violence in your personal life

Public Safety• Administrators who become

aware of threats can contact DPS at 4-7744.

• When unsure, can also contact TAT members in your area

• AAEO, HR, Risk Management will route if needed

• Can also contact Sierra Walker, Community Safety Liaison: 4-4598 (M-Thur)

• Call Public Safety: 503-494-7744 (24/7)

• An officer will respond for information.

• The officer will “triage” the situation with those involved.

• If situation qualifies, referred to TAT.

• TAT reviews circumstances electronically & meets as appropriate.
