Intended Objective & Purpose of Proposed Project
The project is to develop Pakistan’s 1st ever Adventure Theme Park in the Galliyat area, providing therein all kind of Recreational/Adventure facilities based on International standards for tourists and facilitation of International travelers/tourist on CPEC route.

Description and Scope of the Proposed Project& Estimated Capital Investment
Nathiagali is a mountain resort town, hill station in Abbottabad District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is a part of the Galyat range, where several hill-stations are situated, closely connected to each other. It is situated 34 kilometers at one hour's drive away from both Murree and Abbottabad, lying midway between these two places.
The scope of project includes multiple activities common in an adventure theme park such as; Bungee Jumping, Tree To Tree Hopping, Zip Liners, High Rope Course, Climbing Towers, Tree Top Walkway, Bobsledding, Rock Climbing, Luge Segway, Twin Drop, Other Eco-friendly Activities, Parking Areas, Emergency Health Unit, pre-fab chalets and Restaurant.
The total cost of all facilities for an adventure theme park will amount to Total Investment: Rs 780 Million.

The Proposed site is located in Nathia gali, which is situated in the north east of Islamabad and in near vicinity of main CPEC route (34 Km). Nathia gali [34° 4' 20" N 73° 23' 55"E]

Mahaban Hill in Gadoon has a scenic beauty. The Bir Galai resort is located here, 5,300 feet (1,600 m) above sea level. From here, one
can see Mansehra, Buner and Kaghan Hills. Bir Galai site is mountainous terrain with lush green hills of low altitude.
The scope of project includes Restaurants, hotels, Children & Family parks, Food huts, hiking & tracking activities, Picnic spots.
The total cost of all facilities will amount toTotal Investment: Rs 600 Million.

Intended Objective & Purpose of Proposed Project.
There are numerous valleys in Pakistan, and each one of them is extremely beautiful. However, one valley stands out from the rest. This amazing valley with its collection of amazing flora and fauna, along with its pristine surroundings is the green heart of northern Pakistan and is known by the name of Shogran Valley.The site is full of scenic beauty and a cable car project to this site will enhance the beauty of the site and will attract more national and international tourist.

Shogran is situated on a green plateau in the Kaghan Valley, northern Pakistan at a height of 7,749 feet or 2,362 meters above sea level. From Shogran, you can ride a jeep or horse or hike to several picturesque places like Siri, Paye and Makra Peak.
The project will consist of whole package containing Cable car, Restaurant, Prefab log homes, Camping, Trekking & hiking,Skywalk and Parking areas.
The total cost of all facilities will amount to Total Investment: Rs 1674 Million.

The Galiyat area is the prime summer resort in Abbottabad district Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Ayubia is in the closed vicinity of Galiyat. The site currently have a chairlift system operational that can be transform and upgraded into a Recreational & entertainment facilities at the base and top station.

Ayubia National Park also known as Ayubia is a protected area of 3,312 hectares (8,184 acres) located in Abbottabad District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Standing at some 26 kilometers from the tourist hotbed of Murree Hill Station, over 10,00,000 tourists flock to Ayubia National Park and the places around every year. It is well known for its picnic spots.
The project will consist of up gradation of chairlift, providing new recreational activities, hill climbing spots, restaurants, Family Park and Parking areas.
The total cost of all facilities will amount to Total Investment: Rs 879 Million.

Chakdara has been an important center for the last 3500 years and is littered with remains of the Gandhara grave culture, Buddhist sites, and Hindu Shahi forts. It’s also located on the alternative CPEC route.Chakdara is expected to become a hub for tourist going to Dir, Chitral and Swat. It is therefore, intended to be established as a tourist destination having the basic facilities along with white water/ fresh water rafting, boating and canoeing.

Chakdara is a town in Lower Dir District of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. It is located north of Malakand on the north bank of the Swat River, in a commanding position near the entrance to Swat District and at the entrance to Lower Dir.
The project will be developed on the river side to have recreational facilities as well as water sports and entertainment areas for families.
The total cost of all facilities will amount to Total Investment: Rs 619 Million.

Garam Chashma (literally: Hot Spring) is one of the many branch valleys of Chitral District, situated in the extreme north-west of Pakistan. It is one of the highest human settlements in the Hindu Kush ranges with an altitude of almost 2550 meters (8389 feet). The place is known for Hot spring, which is one of the tourist’s attraction sites. Besides tourists, people suffering from skin diseases also visit the hot spring for treatment.

Garam Chashma in Chitral is the main tourist attraction there having natural water streams.

Takht Bhai (or Takht Bahi) is a Parthian archaeological site in Mardan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It was first a Zoroastrian complex which, after the later arrival of Buddhism, was then converted into a Buddhist monastic complex. It is dated to the 1st century BCE. It was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1980.

Intended Objective & Purpose of Proposed Project
Swabi District is a district in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It lies between Indus and Kabul Rivers.The site is located near the Swabi Museum where Alexander monument is also standing reminding the past glory of the site. The tourists can enjoy staying facility backed up by water sports activities. Boating, canoeing, water scooters and allied facilities are to be established. It also shall encompass the state of art sports facilities.

Swabi is located almost at the center point of many districts and also at the same distance from Peshawar and Islamabad.
The project is to develop a sports city for the province as well as national level that will include cricket ground, football ground, hockey ground, swimming pools, gymnasium, and indoor sports activities along with commercial activates restaurants, hotels, recreational areas and parking facilities.
The total cost of all facilities will amount to Total Investment: Rs 2000 Million.
