What is a podcast?
• Essentially a radio show
• Distributed over the internet
• Not live – listen whenever you want
2 main ways
• as a way to deliver content to your students. – Think of a podcast as a lesson to take away:
• as a means to showcase your students’ work. – Students recording podcasts as assignments
or class tasks

Discuss topics that are taking place and how it relates to them or their studies

Audio versions of lesson notes – important points and information. Student or teacher-created.

• the process of recording and editing can deepen pupils' understanding of key concepts
• pupils can develop their speaking, listening and writing skills
