• TMI will respond to customer comments, letting you know about activity on your page

How do I get Fans?

• We’ll start regular contests for fans – photo sharing or video sharing to win a prize

• Add the link to your facebook page to your website and to your email campaigns

• Get staff to join and ask them to invite friends• Ask current customers to join to get special
