Make A list of all the tasks,projects and duties that areassociated with your business.Of the items on that list, whichones HAVE to be done by you?

Look into hiring a virtualassistant to complete tasksthat you don't need to do. Itwill free up time for the thingsthat are important.

4. Chores AndErrands AreNot "Me"Time

You need regular,legitimate "me" time ifyou plan on staying saneand happy. This means nochores, errands or tendingto anyone's needs butyour own. It is not selfish,it is preventative.

drive anyone nuts. Once ortwice a week go work in acoffee shop or find a localco-working space.

7. Get Out AndSocialize AtLeast Once AWeek

Social media is awesome,but it is no substitute forgood old-fashioned facetime.

Go out to lunch or coffeewith a real live person thatyou don't live with at leastonce a week.

8. Take TimeTo UnplugEveryday

This may or may not be aproblem for you, but if youhave a hard timedisconnecting and letting goof the laptop, you shouldconsider a "digital detox."

Set aside time everyday withno devices, or even better, anentire day or weekend.

9.Get SomeExerciseDaily Take walks, practice yoga,

do some strength training.You will be glad you did.

This is especially importantif you spend a lot of timesitting, get that bloodpumping!

10.CelebrateYourSuccesses

For some reason, womenhave this thing aboutcelebrating themselves andgetting recognition for theirsuccess. Don't be thatwoman.
