Background Casa de Vela is a brand new restaurant

that is opening in Bay Shore, NY. Taking inspiration from various countries

across Central America. This new restaurant will bring new

flavors to Long Island. Using family recipes everything will be

made in house.

We are hope to bring you new types of food you’ve never

tried before. We use inspiration from cuisine made

by Central Americas native and modern culture.

Our MenuThe menu will include different types of Latin dishes ranging from soups, seafood, meats, and desserts.

equipped with a fully stock bar. Filled with different beers and liquors found across Central America.

We also have traditional Central American drinks like: Horchata Limonada con

soda(lemonade with soda)
