MANAGING FILES Managing your database files and keeping it secure should be your top priority. Not paying attention could have damaging results. Corrupt files are the biggest culprit of this. There are many programs that you can use to help manage your files. PC World has listed a few. 4. Summary As you can see, managing a database takes time, but also must be up to date on systems and functions. Any lapse could result in damage to the database, as well as a security risk.
