Our Story…Our Institute borned in 1910 as a Kindergarten.Nowadays it continues to be a reference point for San Daniele’scitizens.During the First and the Second World War the school wasdramatically damaged, but punctually restored and opened again.The original location was in via Sottomonte, and so remained until1976, year of the Earthquake.That time there were 4 classes, two on the ground floor and two onthe first one.After the Earthquake the building wasn’t accessible anymore, sothe School was moved to a near prefabricated structure built onpurpose.The original building was restructured and then two Classesentered there.Three other Classes stayed in the prefabricated building until 1988-1989, when the new school was completed and all the five Classesfinally moved to the actual building in via Monte Canin, 49.

Our kindergarten is one of the five public kindergartens whichrelate to the Comprehensive Institute of San Daniele del Friuli.

The school is really big and welcomingand hosts five classes of children fromtwo and a half to five/six year old.Some of the classes are homogeneousfor age, other heterogeneous.

There are two teachers and three school collaborators foreach class. The collaborators clean the rooms and give shortassistance to the children (depending on necessity), helping theteachers.
