ATHLETIC ADDITION• Concrete slab and plumbing risers are in place.• CMU wall along the existing building has been started.• Steel structure installation is scheduled to begin next.
ACADEMIC ADDITION• Concrete slab is complete.• Steel structure installation has begun.• Metal door frames have arrived on site.
CATE/ROTC• Digging for exterior grade beams has begun.• Underground plumbing and electrical utilities are making progress.• Concrete slab is scheduled to be in place by the end of November.• The steel building frame is scheduled to arrive at the beginning of December.
FINE ARTSDrama• Steel structure installation is complete.• Mezzanine slab is in place.• Steel roof joists are in place.• CMU walls have begun.Orchestra• Steel structure installation is complete.• Steel roof joists are in place, and the roof decking has begun.• CMU walls have begun.• Interiorelectricalconduitsandroofingarescheduledtobeginnext.
BASEBALL/SOFTBALL COMPLEX• CMU walls are in place for the dugouts. Steel structure and roof decking have begun.• Foundations for the press boxes are complete. SITE UTILITy PACkAgE – PHASE I• Transformer and pad are set and complete.• Steel canopy at the cafeteria has been torn down.• Trench is being dug for gas line.• Dirt work and foundation prep will begin within the next week.• Utility stubs and grade beams will begin after the dirt work is complete.• Interior demolition will start during Christmas break.
