Our croquettes are a return to the traditional kitchen.

In true family style with the same ingredients that

have always been used: milk, flour, butter and the

best supplements to enrich the bechamel, Iberican

ham, mussels... A Touch of seasoning and our

combination of breadcrumbs, which uniquely seal
