“It was at a supper in 1988 that Br indisa was born. Back in London, a f ter l iv ing and working in Spa in , and now obsessed with the food and culture I would host impromptu Spanish d inner par ty for fr iends and fami ly.

My k i tchen tab le was covered in Spanish cooking pots , Spanish d ishes and farmhouse cheeses and we would ra ise our g lasses to make a toast (a Br indis) shout ing : “Br indamos esta mesa” “Lets toast our tab le” . This i s how our name ‘Br indisa ’ came about , and over the last 30 years we have been ce lebrat ing the true food and hospita l i ty of Spa in .

This menu is just that . A ce lebrat ion. Today you’ l l taste some of the impeccable ar t isan products , treasured rec ipes and tradit iona l Spanish feast ing d ishes that we have fa l len in love with over the years .
