Sniping Posters and Stickers Policy Pursuant to Miami Beach City ordinance #99-3173 and 99-3191, sniping poster boards and posting stickers on any hotel or city pr operty will be strictly prohib ited. Any company whose stickers or posters are found on hotel premises or city property will be responsible for all fines and damages resulting from this activity. There will be no exceptions.
Stickers or items containing stickers will not be included in the WMC Sample Sack. Any such items sent will not be included and (unless a suitable re-placement can be sent by the deadline) client will forfeit this opportunity without a refund. Unauthorized distribution of flyers and other promotional material will not be permitted on convention and hotel property. The WMC high-resolution video kiosk will deliver your artist’s music video to the entire WMC delegation. Strategically positioned in the high-traffic registration netw orking area, videos will run continuously throughout the conference week. Showcase your video at the center of the action during WMC.
Screen time is filled on a first come first serve basis. I.D. spots and EPKs may also be included but must be approved by WMC.
The total allotted screen time is limited, so reserve your space before all the slots are filled! Submissions are subject to approval.
