Venue HireVenue Hire begins when your ceremony starts
Seven hour package – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and Night before a Public Holiday - Peak season (October – May)

Five hour package – Friday, Saturday, Sunday Public Holidays and Night before a Public Holiday - Peak season (October – May)

Seven hour package – Off peak (June – September) No Charge
Includes the following;
• Exclusive use of estate grounds for the duration of your day
• Tables, chairs, & settings for reception & ceremony
• Sound systems for ceremony & reception (includes microphones)
• Personal service to Bridal table for Food Service (Bar Service additional charge)
• Pre-wedding meeting to finalise the day’s proceedings
• One hour Ceremony rehearsal
• Full Service Staff for entirety of the function

Decoration Package (Compulsory)
Decoration Package $1,200
The Bridgewater decoration package is comprehensive & excep-tional value for money. At your final meeting we physically deco-rate a sample table and agree upon all other venue decorations.
Includes:
• Full set up and take down of all decorations
• Full venue clean up
• Extensive selection of table decorations
• Reception area decorations
• Ceremony decorations (including aisle arrangements, barrels,umbrellas, etc)
• Registry table
• Colour choice flowers (Bouquets not included)
• Water fountain in pool
• Fairy lights
• Decorated dinghy on lily pond
• Lawn games for guests
