The following is a list of the packages that I offer, but I would love to sit down with you and chat about your day, what you are looking for in wedding photography, and how I can help to document your special day! The Silver Package:
Up to 4 hours of photography coverage including, pre-wedding details, the ceremony, bridal
party and family candid’s and posed images, the reception and its special details.
Includes my time and talent to capture the special moments of your day (to add 2nd
photographer coverage add an extra $200).
A high resolution DVD or flash drive with meticulously edited, ready-to-print photos from
engagement session and wedding day.
An online gallery to share images with family and friends on my website.
Complimentary Engagement Session with digital image files included in an online gallery. Deposit of ½ of package price is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. Final payment is due the week before event.

The gold Package:
All day photography coverage (up to 9 hours), including pre-wedding details, the
ceremony, bridal party, and family candid’s and posed images, the reception and all the
little details of your day!
The Gold Package includes my time and talent along with a second photographer, to
capture the special moments of your day.
A high resolution DVD or flash drive with meticulously edited, ready-to-print photos from the
engagement session and wedding day.
An online gallery to share images with family and friends on my website.
Complimentary Engagement Session with digital image files included on an online gallery
and disc.
$250 Print Credit to use towards prints or albums from Heidi McClelland Photography.
Deposit of ½ of package price is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. Final payment is due the week before event.

The platinum Package:
All day photography coverage (up to 12 hours) the day of the wedding, including pre-
wedding details, the ceremony, bridal party and family candid’s and posed images, the
reception and all the little details of your day!
The Platinum Package includes my time and talent to capture the special moments of your
day along with a second photographer who will help capture all of the special details of
your day.
A high resolution DVD or flash drive with meticulously edited, ready-to-print photos from the
engagement session and wedding day.
An online gallery to share images with family and friends on my website.
Complimentary Engagement Session with digital image files included on an online gallery
and disc.
250 Save the Date Cards available after the Engagement Session.
$500 Print Credit to use towards prints or custom albums from Heidi McClelland Photography.
Deposit of ½ of package price is due at time of booking and is non-refundable. Final payment is due the week before event.
