Hi to all and we hope you enjoy this bumper edition of the Wagensville Deluxe. We have a very full magazine for your VW reading pleasure this month including our regular Deluxe member profile, reports on the Xmas in July, Teddy Bears Picnic and the Shepparton/Nurmurkah Cruise.

We have a lot of VW activities coming up this month with the Philip Island 2 day run including a visit to the Vietnam Veterans Museum on the 29th and the 30th and let’s not forget our August General meeting at Bell’s Hotel on Tuesday the 25th. Looking way forward into September we have our Annual VWCV Swap Meet at the Williamstown Maritime Association’s big shed. Drag out those unwanted VW treasures, load up the trailer (or Splitty/Bay) secure yourself a swap site and turn them all into cash. Or if you are looking for that elusive part or accessory this is the place to come.

As I mentioned last month the VWCV AGM is scheduled for the September General Meeting. All committee positions become vacant on the night of the AGM. A nomination form is included with this month’s magazine, so if you are interested in a position get your nomination form in. This coming August meeting we will provide some details on the various club committee roles and what the expectation and time commitment would be from any club member who may be considering nominating for a position.

It’s been a very busy time for the Volkswagen Group Australia with the Passat CC collecting an Australian Industry Design Award and the Golf reaching an important mile stone with the achievement of 100,000 Golf’s sold in Australia. The VW Club of Victoria would like to congratulate VWGA on these major achievements

Finally for this month on behalf of the Volkswagen Club of Victoria I would like to pass on some very overdue congratulations to Lou Papile and the team at Burwin Volkswagen in Ferntree Gully on being awarded the Volkswagen Group Australia’s National Dealer of the Year for 2008 in February of this year.

Congratulations also to Penninsular Volkswagen (Vic) for picking up the award for Best Commercial Dealer 2008.

The celebratory new Golf 118TSI was handed over to its proud owner, Mark Hall, by Solitaire Volkswagen Hawthorn in Adelaide.

Judging by the humble beginnings of the MkI in 1976, which at the time was assembled locally in Clayton, Victoria, nobody could have preempted the significance of this truly iconic model. Wheels Magazine recognised the significance of the Golf when it was named Wheel’s Car of the Year in 1976, 4,429 Golfs were sold that year.

The first ever Golf MkI to be registered in Australia is still in the hands of its original owner, who himself was part of Volkswagen’s history. Mr Dirk Goudberg was employed as Quality Control Manager at the Volkswagen plant in Clayton, Victoria, from 1958 until 1976. His vehicle was amongst the first six Golfs to be exported to Australia in individual components to be assembled locally. The vehicle itself was completed locally in late 1974 and registered in 1975 as the first Golf in Australia.

Volkswagen’s recently released Passat CC was recognised with a Design Award for its innovation and design excellence at the 2009 Australian International Design Awards.

The Australian International Design Awards, a division of Standards Australia, is recognised by the Commonwealth Government and the International Council of Societies of Industrial Design as the peak promotional body for the Australian design industry, and for its important role in fostering a culture of design and innovation in Australia.

The Volkswagen Passat CC was awarded for ‘Best Exterior Design’, which is both distinctive and sophisticated. The front end of the Passat CC shows another facet of the Volkswagen brand’s face. More dominant than on any other Volkswagen, the radiator grille with its two cross-struts and centrally placed VW logo spans the area between the headlamps. An indicator of the Passat CC’s excellent overall aerodynamic qualities is its drag coefficient of cw 0.29.

In 1983 the Golf MkII replaced the ‘original’ Golf with global production of 6.3 million MkII Golfs between 1983 and 1991. The Golf MkIII went on sale in 1994 and for the first time since the MkI a diesel variant in the Golf range returned to the Australian market in 1996. 1998 saw the introduction of the Golf MkIV.

2004 was marked by the 500,000th Volkswagen sold in Australia as well as the Golf MkV release in Australia. The MkV was awarded a range of significant awards by the Australian motoring media in its days. The Golf GTI was awarded the NRMA ‘Best Car Awards’ for Best Sports Car in 2007 while just missing out winning the second year in a row when it was marginally beaten by the Golf R32 in 2008. 2008 also saw the Golf GTI win the ‘DRIVE Car of the Year Award’ for the third consecutive year.

To date, the Golf has turned out to be a selling success with more than 26 million Golfs produced globally since the initial days of the Golf MkI. The next chapter in the Golf’s journey has only just begun with the introduction of the new Golf into the Australian market in March 2009. This model is regarded as the most economical, safe and refined Golf yet and promises to be another Volkswagen success story in the making. In its short time on the market, it has already been honoured as the “2009 World Car of the Year”.1s

Phillip Island Two Day Run29 and 30 August 2009

The cruise assembly point is the Cranbourne Hungry Jacks (Melways 129 H11) on the Highway at 9am and while we wait for the stragglers, we can enjoy some great 60s music. We will leave at 9.30am and travel down initially to San Remo, with the option of buying some fresh fish for dinner at the Co-Op, and then it’s on to Phillip Island and to Cowes. By now, hopefully, you will have organised your own accommodation at the Amaroo Caravan Park (5952 2548 for Saturday night 29 August 2009. If you have been a bit slow there might be one powered camp site available if you contact me ASAP.

We will tour the Island during the afternoon, have a surf, do a bit of beachcombing, take a few scenic photos and then retire for few quiet lemonades at the Isle of Wight Hotel where we will hold the early evening de-brief. For those who are interested there may be a BYO seafood cook-up and scoff back at the CP later that evening. Next day, and after the typical VWCV Mega Breakfast, we have planned a visit to the Vietnam Veteran’s Association of Australia Museum near San Remo and possibly a guided tour of that very interesting facility. A light lunch at the museum is available before heading home.

A Short History of the Volkswagen Club of Victoria Day of the Volkswagen

A number of other Australian clubs were holding annual car shows and the VWCV committee in the early 1980’s saw this activity a wonderful opportunity to attract new members to the club. The growing interest in showing the club cars was matched by a less interest in the motorsport activities of the club. It was hoped that if the club could get more members both activities could keep going and keep the club strong with an active membership which was certainly the case in the mid 1980’s.

The first VWCV DOTVW .was held at Lower Eltham Park near the Yarra River in Eltham. There was an excellent turn up of club cars but nowhere near the level of activity of our current DOTVW. There was a great deal of concern about the weather but it turned out OK and was enjoyed by not only club members but a large number of visitors to see one of our best collection of cars from the VW brand for many years.

The late 1980’s saw the DOTVW not held for a number of reasons and this was always a strain on the Club committee when the membership fluctuated and everyone was strapped for time to organise a major event like DOTVW. The interest in showing VWs was always demonstrated at the annual national Bug Ins and by early 1990s the club was preparing another Day of the Volkswagen at a new venue.

1992 saw a two day DOTVW event at the Dandenong Saleyards with a Motokhana in the carpark, swap meet and cruise followed by the Show ‘n Shine on the following day. Attendance and weather were going to be an issue and both were poor. The club continued at this venue for a couple more times with some success.

Later in the ‘90s the DOTVW was held for a number of events at Kingston Park, Heatherton off Warrigal Road (see photos). It was a wonderful day for weather and attendance was excellent. The cars from club members were well supplemented by some very nicely prepared cars from the public. DOTVW was alive again and the interest in the club and the cars was till strong.

The DOTVW was taken up by commercial venue in the late 1990s for a number of events but this failed and the event was handed back to the club to organise and promote with success. As the popularity of the car show grew again the club gained confidence to organise a successful event.

The early part of this decade saw the club hold the DOTVW at Yarra Glen Racecourse which was a good venue, close enough to the city in a rural setting. The combination of covered stands for trade displays and the club stand with large open areas was always good insurance in case the weather turned foul.

The club was fortunate to enjoy some good weather and attendance at Yarra Glen which in turn gave the club a lot of good publicity and new members signing up on the day and following period.

With the growth in interest in DOTVW and the loss of Yarra Glen as a venue for the dates the club needed, a new venue was paramount. Cranbourne Racecourse was investigated and found to have all the advantages of Yarra Glen with a bigger open area and a very accommodating management who were keen to hold the first DOTVW at Cranbourne in 2006.

This our current venue and the large covered area has been excellent to hold car and trade displays, the club stand and a focus and location for the presentations at the end of the day. The large open area has been great for our ever increasing collections of Beetles and Kombis, while the other areas have been great for the Water cooleds, Type 3s, Kit cars and the Rats!

On November 12th 1949 Volkswagen officially presented its first Transporters to the public at a press launch where Volkswagen boss Heinz Nordhoff famously said “Like our Beetle is a car without compromise, so will our Transporter be without compromises”.

This release of the VW Transporter, a vehicle that was to become as famous in motoring history as the VW Beetle from which much of its mechanical componentry was originally derived, had occurred barely a year after the first design drawings were made, and less than two years after the plans for building a commercial vehicle were put into motion at the Wolfsburg plant.

Those first four Transporters (a microbus, a kombi and two panel vans) were the first in a long line of VW vehicles that would go on to carry millions and millions of passengers and countless loads across every major continent. Kombis were and are still used for every conceivable purpose from couriers vans to schools buses, from camping to fighting fires, carrying the sick and injured through to service vehicles and family transports.

The Volkswagen Club of Victoria is marking the 60th anniversary of the release of the VW Transporter by making the “Kombi” the feature vehicle of the 2009 Day of the Volkswagen. As a special event there will be a cavalcade of Kombis and displays that will showcase vehicles from every year of production from Barndoors right through to VW’s latest generation commercials.

We are asking Kombi owners to nominate their vehicles for the cavalcade and display on the day and help celebrate VW history. Participants will receive an exclusive commemorative vehicle badge and will be recorded in our Kombi time-line.

Nomination forms and details of the planned events can be found in the magazine and on the Club website. The nominations form should be filled in and returned to the club secretary by no later than the 30th September 2009. Applicants should also include photo of their Kombi to assist the committee in the selection process.

And they just keep turning up!

Although a very ambitious restoration project, this Bus has allot to say for itself and is a very early example of a Volkswagen Camper. A bit rusty but a genuine factory Bus just recently discovered in Melbourne.

This Westy SO 34 Camper has a very unusual configuration of front seating with the deletion of the bulkhead behind the driver and passenger seats. Unusual, the bulkhead has been removed and the rear of the front seats do not have the upright backings as seen with most “walk thru” options. An open corridor providing a “walk thru” to allow a flatter area for the special ‘flip” front seat has now been introduced. The fitting of a flip seat allowed the back of the cab seat to be flipped thru 180 degrees to a seat which could be used to access the camper area at the rear for dining purposes or rotated over to a forward facing setup for driving.

This camper was also fitted with the “submarine” style pop top for ventilation which ran parallel with the side of the camper and was only half the width of the roof. It had special latches fitted to hold the top lid down and a stay bar which could hold the top in five different elevated positions.

In this Campers prime it would have been fitted with seating along the side of the vehicle opposite the main opening cargo doors with a floor mounted single centre leg table.

Westfalia SO 34 Camper

For those lazy days relaxing outdoors away from the harsh Aussie sun the SO 34 Camper was fitted with additional Westfalia canopy mounting brackets which were made of cast aluminium and were screwed thru the roof.

With the bulkhead removed the spare wheel was now located in the rear engine deck to the left hand side. This feature soon became standard and was standard for the entire range of latter Bay Window model Kombi’s. Surprisingly this spare wheel mounting was not utilised on later campers as it limited space for the fold down rocker bed setups.

The vehicles M code tag numbers are the following 114, 196, 367 and 834. The following are as listed, 114 six side opening windows. 196 asymmetrical headlamps for RHD vehicles. 367 special

packages with speedometer in miles, sealed beam headlights with red tail lights, 6 volt

battery, laminated windscreens and side glass. 834 walk thru cab option

for Westfalia camper conversion.

This example is however very rusted and has rust in all the usual places. The floors panels are very perforated, outriggers, jacking points, floor cross members and side/door sills are not in good condition. The upper parts of the bus are very sound and most of the side panels are still very straight. The front lower nose panel needs extensive repairs but the chassis rails and structural members are very sound. This bus has all the rust that you would expect to find

in a poor condition Kombi of its age but still a very rare and

desirable camper.

With plenty of hard work, passion and lots of patients this camper will live again says the Melbourne owner and will be returned to its purpose use as a wonderful Split Screen Camper.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, that is if you are fan of the Kombi!

Kombi’s, Kombi’s and more Kombi’s, that’s what this year’s theme for the Day of the Volkswagen will be. The Celebration of 60 years of the Volkswagen Kombi.


Cruise to Shepparton/Numurkah on Sunday 2nd August 2009 . The cruise was a joint run with Volksclub Bendigo to visit a Volksclub member’s property in Numurkah. The member has a collection of some 84 VWs.

The weekend started early for some with Jan and John Stevens, Michael Cronin, Evan Davies and Eric White heading up to Bendigo in three Kombis on the Friday. Apparently they cleaned out the junk joints with arguably the prize purchase being a very angry looking bigger than life penguin who now shotguns Michael’s Kombi..

Saturday saw Norm and Dianne Mauger arrive in Miranda 2 and later Lorraine and me. It was an exciting day for me as I had finally got my TS Passat back on the road and after a couple of false starts and two weeks of taking it to work to test it out it was ready for a big trip. We were finally going on a VW Club outing and we weren’t in the Patrol.

A Saturday night dinner was organised at Tony’s on High a popular pizza restaurant with the VolksClub members. Around 30 people attended between the two clubs and it was a great night.

Sunday breakfast was at the Beechworth Bakery. I’m told it was good but I wouldn’t know as the Passat wouldn’t start. Before the RACV arrived John and Michael came by and gave me a push start so it was straight off to Recreation Reserve to join the group. Luckily there was a hill nearby.

There was a good selection of cars ready to go, Kombi Campers, Pickup and T4, Beetles old and new, a Karmann Ghia and one water cooled Passat. A quick call to Andrew Ermel at Kalkallo confirmed about 15 cars were just about ready to depart Melbourne. Apparently their group had one casualty in Matt Gardner’s beetle with a fuel pump problem.

The drive to Shepparton consisted of a very impressive convoy of models and colours. The only issue was caused by me when I realised my bonnet had opened to the safety catch. I pulled over to close it and the next think I know there are Kombis and Beetles also pulling in all over the place around me obviously thinking something serious had happened .. ooops.

A little later we did loose our lead Kombi Pickup. Not sure what the problem was but it had to wait on the side of the road to be towed back to Bendigo on the return trip.

As we joined the Melbourne group in Shepparton we started to get an appreciation of the size and diversity of the convoy. In total 41 cars with enthusiast coming from Bendigo, Melbourne, Shepparton and Echuca for the day.

We were all walking up and down the long line of cars admiring and chatting and exchanging stories.

Chris Abley had arranged for Tony Mac the editorial manager from The Adviser (local Shepparton newspaper) to meet us.

Cruise to

Shepparton/Numurkah

Well its winter again and its cold and wet. But the Gods were smiling upon the eager club members who were participating in the club’s annual Christmas in July cruise. They gave us a sunny clear day so we could enjoy the picturesque views of the winery regions as well as the recently fire effected bush as we travelled from Croydon to Trawool.

This year we were heading to the Trawool Valley resort. Where’s Trawool you ask? It’s a little area between Seymour and Yea.

Over the years I have passed this resort many times on my adventures. There is a banner out the front saying, “You always said you would stop by

- Why not today!”

So today seemed a good day as any.

We had 9 cars ready to go at 10:30 for departure at the Croydon Hotel. The Sun was out and the members were excited. We headed off in convoy travelling via Yarra glen, Glen Burn, Yea and finally Trawool. A few other car clubs were also out enjoying the day. We passed some Smokey and the Bandit era Pontiac Trans Ams as well as some MGs later on.

We arrived at our destination right on 12.30. After a brief powwow in the car park, and catching up with a few members that met us there, we headed on in for our meal. Inside we had a whole section set out for us with best view in the house. We were overlooking the hills and since all the recent rain they were a nice healthy green.

Xmas bonbons were laid out on the table packed full really bad jokes, dorky hats and a new years resolution message for each of us. Michael Clark was unsure of his message saying that this year he should become a better person. We are looking forward to the results of that! Only joking Michael!

The food was spectacular. We had a 50/50 menu of either roast turkey in cranberry jus or roast beef in horseradish crème sauce. No matter which one we got it was yum yum. Both served with vegies and potatoes. Desert consisted of either Christmas pudding or apple strudel. Once again yum yum! We finished off with tea and coffee as well as freshly made and home cooked short bread. I am yet to hear any complaints about the food.

So ends another Xmas in July. Thank you to all who came. It was a great event with fantastic weather and well attended. To all that missed out I suggest if we go back to Trawool again in the future you clear the Calendar!

Tony (a VW fan too) took some photos and interviewed some members and then it was time to head off to Numurkah, following Don in the zebra striped T4 pickup.

It was quite hard keeping the 41 cars together as the zebra T4 did not waste any time in getting to Numurkah. Don led us to his business yard where there were 2 sheds filled with Volkswagens in various stages of restoration or storage. Many other models were also stored at the back of the sheds.

There were several Beetles including one with a material factory sunroof. I am told at one time Don had 8 beetles with the material factory sunroof. Several Splitscreen, Bay and T3 Kombies in various models, a Beetle based speedster replica, a Country Buggy and a Karmann Ghia.

Don also has an interest in the Clipper Bus from the 50s so there were a couple of these in various states plus one that was restored.

After a good look around and a presentation of a gift to Don we travelled to a local park for lunch.

Unfortunately Numurkah is pretty flat so another push was needed to get to the Passat to the park for me.

After lunch I took to opportunity to travel back to Melbourne with John and Jan and Evan and Eric. One more push was required but what would a day out with a group of Volkswagens be without someone needing a push start.

I had Kombi bookends with John and Jan in front and Evan at the back to make sure the Passat had a trouble free run back home, and it did.

I thought the day was great. A good long cruise in the car with lots of cars in the convoy, a bit of a sticky beak over a fellow enthusiast’s collection, some VW talk over lunch and good camaraderie between the Bendigo and Melbourne Clubs.

The only downside might have been listening to John and Evan on the CB on the trip home going on and on and on for 3 hours about how good Kombis are.

What is your earliest memory of a Volkswagen?In the early 70’s I spent a lot of my time in Albury. My (step) brother in-law had made a fantastic replica of an early American Indian canoe made of cow skins and used to put it on the roof of his 58 Beetle.

What first got you interested in Volkswagens?In my early years I mostly owned Valiant Chargers and the odd Dodge, but when the oil crisis of the late 70’s hit I needed a small car. I have no idea why, but I decided to buy an Aussie built 66 Beetle with a Goldie sunroof and I was hooked.

What do you like most about Volkswagens?I actually don’t know. They have become such a big part of my life over the last 30 years that I just can’t pick anything specific.

How and why did you become involved with the Volkswagen club of Victoria?By late 1981 I had become so keen on my Beetle that I decided to go a VWCV meeting, then held at the light Car Club room in Albert Park (long since gone). Julie and I met Jon Edsel who made us feel very welcome. The rest as they say is history.

What is your favourite Volkswagen Type you have owned?That is a tough question as I have owned so may over the years but think overall my favourite is my 1972 Kombi single cab ute.

If you could have any Volkswagen what would it be?Believe it or not but at this present moment in time I want one of those new VW pickups trucks that are arriving next year.

What has been your most enjoyable experience in a Volkswagen?In 1982 my wife Julie and I drove to Alice Springs from Melbourne in our trusty 67 Beetle. In those days, the highway from Woomera to Alice was just a 700km dirt track but both us and our little Beetle made it there and back.

Is your unique Volkswagen enthusiasm recognised and supported by family, friends and community?Apart from being a VW nut I have been a Volkswagen mechanic for over 20 years, so my family doesn’t know anything else. As for my friends, they are all Dub people anyway.

Is your family car a Volkswagen?Yes I drive a T4 transporter which I just love. It has nearly done 480,000km and is still going strong.

What is your profession and do your Volkswagen interests and profession cross paths?I am currently working for a dealer as a Volkswagen technician, after recently selling my VW business Volkscare. So yes they are one of the same.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how much of Volkswagen nut are you?After reading this you probably think I would say 10 but I do actually have a life apart from Volkswagens. I love Zombie movies, heavy metal music and beer! 8 out 10...”Rock on”.

We had 16 VWs show up on a fine but chilly winter’s day when the VWCV held its long awaited second Teddy Bears Picnic/BBQ Day. We had a fine assortment of splendidly maintained Beetles, Kombies, T3s, T5s and some other new VWs which was really great to see.

The 110km cruise route took us up through Lilydale, Healesville and on to Narbethong. From around the Black Spur onwards, for many kms, it was still very sad to again see the incredible devastation that was caused by the terrible Black Saturday fires. One burnt out Kombi shell was sighted in the front yard of devastated home site, it looked like the owners had lost the lot. Many of the smaller towns and communities we passed through still seem to be struggling to keep going.

On a brighter note one country member, David, in his red Beetle, was happy to be able to join us at Thornton and the kaleidoscope cruise made it to the very beautiful but very dry Eildon Pondage without incident.

TEDDYBEARSPICNIC/BBQ

The facilities at the BBQ/Picnic area were superb and before long everyone was either cooking BBQ or tucking into their gourmet picnic lunch that had been brought along.

After lunch was consumed we held the much anticipated teddy competition. There were many fine entries in the respective categories and the judges had a difficult time deciding which were the winners. Eventually the difficult decisions were made and Helen won the Best Original Teddy category, Robyn won the Best Rat Teddy category and Liz won both the Best Dressed Teddy and Best Display categories. Thank you to everyone who went to the trouble to bring their teddies and joined in the fun, we really appreciated your efforts.

Not long afterwards, as the sun was setting in the west, the very happy VWCV members, prospective members and friends all headed home after what had been a bonza day spent with a great mob of like minded VW people.

Have you ever wondered where that little peculiar emblem that you sometimes see on the bonnets of a VW Beetle came from? Answer: Designed and made many years ago here in Australia.

The flying VW emblem was first made in Australia and sold as an accessory to fit the early oval beetles. From the early 1920’s until late in the 1950’s it was common for automobile manufactures to have a big chrome emblems on top of the radiator caps to distinguish their mark from that of others makes. The VW being air cooled and not having a radiator required a special design with the “Flying VW” being fitted to the bonnet.

The Flying VW would have been fitted on the Beetle over the strip just above the bonnet handles on the front of the Beetle. The “Flying VW” was designed so as not to necessitate the removal of the factory bonnet strip.

The early “Flying VW” was made of solid brass and had a VW symbol at the front of about 80mm diameter. At the back of the round emblem they have three thin fins with a small line depression in the centre of each that trailed off to the rear. Most early types were made of brass, were finely chrome plated and had two small metal thread screws at the base that required the drilling of

two 1⁄4” holes in the bonnet. Yes I did say two 1⁄4” holes as they were fastened with nuts that had imperial 3/16” threaded studs. The latter copies of these types of “Flying VW” were made out of cast aluminium and were not highly finished as the earlier types although these were fitted with 6mm metric threads.

Some later variations on the style had a torpedo with small fins that was attached along the top of an earlier plain emblem. These are very heavy emblems and were made in two separate pieces and then soldered together. They were “spun cast” out of linotype lead which had a percentage of antimony making the material quite hard and thus easier to clean up and chrome plate. These are the most ornate of all the emblems but over time through the impurities in the lead materials used developed pitting of their chrome surfaces and made subsequent restoration processes quite difficult.

A plain version with a bulkier base that was similar in looks to the British Wolsey “W” style emblem was also produced and sold in small numbers. These were made of cast brass, had four imperial threaded bolts to fix them to the bonnet and were not as highly chrome finished as the earlier style emblems.

• Nominees must be current financial members of the Volkswagen Club of Victoria to be eligible and members may nominate more than one vehicle.

• Vehicles must be available in the nominated marshalling area by no later than 10.00am to participate in the cavalcade parade. Note that vehicles also entered for DOTVW judging should arrive by 9am in order to allow sufficient time for judging prior to the cavalcade. After a brief cavalcade (within the showground precincts) vehicles will be placed on static display in order of model year and in an area and position requested by the cavalcade organisers. Vehicles are required to remain on display until at least 2pm.

• All entrants will receive a specially minted 60th Anniversary of the Kombi car badge. There is no charge for nomination of vehicles however there will be an entry fee of $20 per vehicle to cover the cost of the commemorative badge.

• One vehicle from each year of production will be selected for the cavalcade and display. In the event that an example from a particular model year is not available, a vehicle from a closely matching model year may be selected. Vehicles will be selected to best represent the range of features and body configurations available across the various production eras. Nominations are open to vehicles in all states of repair including original, restored, modified, works in progress or “as found” condition. Arrangements may be made for vehicles which are unable to be driven into the grounds under their own power but that are deemed worthy of display. The choice of the vehicles for the display will be at the discretion of the DOTVW committee.

• Vehicles to be judged for DOTVW show categories are also eligible to enter for this display. Owners must make additional arrangements for their show and shine entry.
