I, Roderick Andrewartha, Chief Veterinary Officer appointed under the Animal Health Act 1995, pursuant to regulation 15(c ) of the Animal Health Regulations 2006, approve the process described in Schedule 1 as an approved process for the treatment of pet food containing offal, or the offal component of pet food, so that the pet food may be fed to dogs.

must have been frozen to a core temperature of minus 20 degrees Celsius for a minimum of 48 hours, and

(i) construct a road to the specification determined by the Dominant Owner in its absolute and unfettered discretion; and

(ii) to replace, relocate, remove, operate, modify, maintain, enhance, inspect and repair that road.

(c) the full and free right and liberty for the Dominant Owner at all times to enter on and remain on over the subject land for the purpose of exercising any of the other rights conferred by the Access Easement; and

(d) the full and free right and liberty for the Dominant Owner at all times to take on to or remove from or over the subject land anything which the Dominant Owner considers reasonably necessary or desirable to exercise the other rights conferred by the Access Easement including, without limitation, any plant, machines, vehicles, equipment or materials.

"Dominant Owner" means Tasmanian Irrigation Pty Ltd ACN 133 148 384 and any other owner of any part of the land described as Lots 1 and 2 on Plan of Survey P171511.

CLIMATE CHANGE (GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS) REGULATIONS 2012

Notice

I, MATTHEW GUY GROOM, for the purposes of section 6 of the Climate Change (Greenhouse Gas Emissions) Regulations 2012, give notice of Tasmania's baseline figure and reduction in greenhouse gas emissions for the financial year ending 30 June 2014.
