Our newly-designed control board has completely revolutionized vertical fan
coil (VFC) units. You can easily upgrade your system to include Wi-Fi
connectivity to securely connect to most wireless routers – allowing you to
re-imagine how you interact with your heating, cooling and ventilation system.
Residents now have total control of their HVAC system using our Apple
and Android-compatible app, Universe, as well as through the web-browser
interface. Changing the temperature, switching modes, adjusting programs
and more just became easier – and can be done from anywhere!
Another brand-new feature is residents will receive alerts through Universe
and by email if there are any issues with the VFC, such as suite temperature
above or below limit, time to change filter and flood prevention state. You'll
also receive monthly usage and activity reports.

Universe is a wonderful free app that gives you the ability to make adjustments to your thermostat settings from your iOS or Android phone.
Control your VFC with Universe which includes all of the functionalities of the web app – from the palm of your hand.
