Placing an OrderTo make placing an order simple,Trendway On-Line Order Entryautomatically prompts the product andoption decisions that are required. Foraccurate order processing on faxedorders, please type your order or uselegible handwriting, and be sure toinclude the following information:

1. A complete “sold to” address with correct Zip code. 2. A complete “ship to” address with correct Zip code. 3. A purchase order number. (The order is issued to Trendway Corporation, Holland, Michigan.) 4. A signature or name of person authorizing the purchase order. 5. A contact name, phone number and email address at your company. 6. An actual calendar date for the requested delivery date (not ASAP). 7. Line items that are complete, which means all catalog numbers and descriptions, options listed for each product selected, fabric/finish pattern and color descriptions, and all corresponding letter or number codes. Be sure to make a pick for all available options. Also, combine identical items and specify total quantity unless using special marking or tagging. (Refer to the price book for ordering options.) 8. Special products referenced by their control numbers as well as their descriptions. 9. Line items that include price per unit, as well as extended totals. 10. A total dollar amount for the purchase order. 11. Any special shipping requirements clearly noted; i.e., “call before delivery.”

1. PricesPrices shown in this price list are F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid, in the contiguous United States. Trendway Corporation reserves the right to change prices without notice. Firm quotations are available upon request and will be honored for a period of sixty (60) days. Trendway may implement price changes effective at time of shipment if shipping date is more than 120 days from date written order was received by Trendway. Pricing for shipments outside the contiguous United States will be based on the port of departure. Freight will be prepaid to port of departure.

Any order with special finish or custom • applications such as: contrast welt, 2-tone fabrics, i.e. different for seat and back, large value and/or quantity order may require a deposit.

Any custom size or any change made to our • standard line will require 50% deposit upon order placement and may result in longer lead times.

50% deposit required on all orders above • $25,000 net.

2. Order PlacementTrendway Corporation requires all orders to be submitted in writing or placed on-line atwww.trendealer.com, to assure completeness and avoid errors and duplications. See page 2 for ordering information.

3. ConfirmationUpon receiving an order, Trendway Corporation will send an order acknowledgment with exact pricinginformation and scheduled shipping date. Orders can also be confirmed by going on-line at www.trendealer.com.Customer is responsible for checkingacknowledgments to ensure that the order is correct. Order will be processed as acknowledged.

4. Lead TimesTrendway Corporation reserves the right to alter lead times as demand for products fluctuates. Stated lead times begin after an order is entered and scheduled. Shipments are subject to product availability. Special products and larger orders may extend leadtimes. Please contact customer care for exact lead times.

Healthcare Portfolio Product has a standard lead time of eight (8) weeks. This lead time reflects the nature of working with wood product and specialized healthcare product.

Custom product requests and COM/COL fabric may extend standard lead-time. The On Time or On Trendway program does not apply to Portfolio products.

5. Dealer’s CreditIf, in the judgment of Trendway, the financial

condition of the Dealer at any time does not justify the terms specified, Trendway may at any time by notice to Dealer require prepayment or other terms of payment differing from those specified in Section 8 or other satisfactory security to ensure prompt payment of invoices.

6. Order ChangesTo change an order, the customer must call Trendway Customer Care at1-800-893-8115 for order status. Trendway is in no manner required to accept changes to orders. For any accepted and authorized changes, Trendway reserves the right to charge for any expenses incurred due to the change. This includes material, labor, and any other costs, plus up to 10% of the net price. This is because every order is made to thedealer’s specifications. Trendway will not accept returned merchandise without a signed Return Authorization issued by a member of our Customer Care Department. If a return is authorized, it is the sole responsibility of the dealer to make sure the product is cartoned to prevent any further damage. The only reasons we will consider a return are as follows:

1. A manufacturing defect (must be inspected and confirmed by a Trendway representative). 2. An error in our order processing. 3. A shipping error.

If a return is authorized, the item must be received at Trendway within thirty (30) days of the date of the RMA to be credited. Any freight damage, signs of use, missing parts, etc. will affect the amount of the credit issued to the dealer. Unauthorized returns will be automatically refused at our dock and Trendway will not be liable for any damages or losses. If approved, the customer must confirm the changes in writing to TrendwayCorporation. Customer agrees to accept any and all charges involved in altering an order. This includes payment, determined by Trendway, for product already in production. Changes in orders also may result in delayed shipments.

7. CancellationAll cancellations must be approved byTrendway Corporation. No order may be cancelled without the expressed written authorization of Trendway. If a cancellation is approved, it will be subject to a charge of up to 25% of the net price. Upholstery orders are considered to be in production after receipt of order, and are not subject to cancellation. Orders in production cannot be cancelled without incurring substantial or full purchase price. Customer shall agree to accept any and all charges involved in the cancellation transaction, as determined by Trendway. Non-standard items may not be cancelled.

8. Terms of SaleTerms of sale on all invoices to approvedTrendway customers are Net 30 days from date of invoice. These terms may be changed at any time by Trendway Corporation based on credit rating information available on

specific customers. Payment in advance may be requested at the discretion of Trendwaywithout explanation.

9. TaxesPrices listed do not include any federal, state, local, or other taxes. Purchaser agrees to pay or reimburse any such taxes that Trendway Corporation, is required to collect. Currently Trendway collects sales tax for the following states; AZ, CO, CA, DC, FL, GA,HI, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MN, MS, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, WA and Canada, add appropriate tax rate. States are subject to change. All authorized dealers should ensure that a resale exemption certificate is on file with Trendway Corporation.

10. Past Due AccountsPast Due Accounts will be charged 1.5% per month. This is an annual rate of 18% or the highest legal rate on the unpaid balance. The purchaser agrees to pay all collection agency fees, court costs, and/or reasonable attorney fees incurred by Trendway in the collection ofpast due balances.

11. Customer’s Own Material (COM)The prices listed under COM/COL include the application of material or leather ordered and paid for by the dealer separately from the furniture order. A sample cutting of the actual material must be sent to Trendway for review and identification. If the material has a repeat pattern, or a nap, a sample large enough to show must be sent. When submitting a material for review, the model number of the item it is to be used on must accompany the sample. Trendway reserves the right to reject any material that is submitted for review. Any COM or COL material should be shipped freight prepaid to:

No order with COM or COL will be entered for acknowledgement until the material arrives from the dealer. Manufacturing lead times, at the time materials are received, will be used to schedule the order for production.

COM and COL should be identified as follows to prevent errors and delays:

Name and address of dealer (must match • your purchase order).

Your purchase order number.• The model number of the item the material •

is for.Fabric supplier’s name and the pattern •

name/number/color of the fabric.

COL hides must be rolled in such a manner as to avoid creasing and roll marks. Any leather that arrives with creases will be rejected. It is the sole responsibility of the dealer to ensure that any COM or COL material arrives to Trendway in usable condition. Trendway cannot assume responsibility for any damaged, unusable, or unauthorized materials.

ion To determine the total square feet of leather

for a particular item, multiply the number ofyards (please look under the heading Yards in the pricing guide) by 17. Square footing isbased on an average hide size of 45-50 square feet of usable leather. NOTE: Leather is a natural material and square footage requirements are only estimates. The condition of the COL may require more leather to be requested after the COL is received.

Yardage requirements are based on an average width of 54” plain material. If the design of the fabric includes a pattern or repeat, or the fabric is less than 54” wide, please refer to the chart below.

If the material has a similar appearance on both sides, the face side should be marked.While Trendway inspects all material, we cannot assume responsibility for defects, imprecise colors, or any other flaws.We encourage the dealer to thoroughly inspect all fabrics before shipping them to us for production.

All stripes will be applied vertically, unless the dealer indicates otherwise with specialinstructions for application.

Any fabric that requires latex backing, but arrives uncoated, will be returned to the dealerfor backing. Any shipping costs for such a return will be applied to the final invoice.

For combinations or contrasting materials on a particular item, please contact our Customer Care Department for additional yardage requirements, and any upcharges.

Trendway will apply fabric as indicated on the guidelines for Customers Own Material (COM).

Trendway, in an effort to make ordering easier for our customers, has developed, in cooperation with Arc Com, Architex, C.F. Stinson, Design Tex, Douglas Fabrics, Knoll, Maharam, Mayer Fabrics, Momentum Textiles, and Paul Brayton, a graded-in fabric program. The graded-in fabric program will allow the dealer to issue only one purchase order for any Trendway product on which you choose to use these fabrics. All fabrics and patterns are subject to availability from the Graded-In Fabric Suppliers. Certain circumstances may affect stock on hand and delivery. The Graded-In Fabric Suppliers reserve the right to discontinue any pattern or color from their libraries. The given selection of the Graded-In Fabric Suppliers products only signifies that the materials are all pre-approved for use on any Trendway product. This pre-approval does not in any way indicate warranty, guarantee, availability, or responsibility of Trendway with regards to the appearance, behavior, durability, or quality of the fabric.

Trendway reserves the right to apply these materials at our own direction, unlessspecifically instructed, by the dealer, on the original purchase order.

If a textile from the Graded-In Fabric Program is desired, but the dealer wishes to order it directly, the COM policies found in this pricing guide should be followed. For any pattern not listed, please contact our Customer Care Department for pricing grade.

To comply with the COM testing process, please follow these steps:

1. Select the COM fabric.

2. Check first with www.trendealer.comto determine if this material has already been Trendway approved or disapproved. NOTE: Approval must be on the same product.

3. If approved, customer submits the signed COM Guideline Letter (available from your Customer Care representative at 1-800-893-8115 and on www.trendealer.com) along withthe COM database reference number.

4. If the material requested is not in the COM database, customer must send a sample of the COM material for testing (refer to test yardage requirements chart). Complete andsubmit a COM Request Form on www.trendealer.com. Label the fabric sample with the name of the material manufacturer. Also, include both the name and number of the pattern and color. Specify the direction the fabric is to be applied. Specify all of the Trendway product numbers designated for the COM application.

5. Ship COM samples to:

6. You will be notified within five (5) working days by Trendway, whether your COM has been approved or declined for application.If product is a seating product, a fabric certified by a manufacturer to be constructed to meet California 117 is required.

12. Special ProductWhen Trendway purchases special surface materials (i.e. fabrics and laminates) at the request of the customer, the customer takes full responsibility for the performance andquality of the surface material.

Trendway is prepared to customize our standard product line to better suit the needs of various environments and applications. Please contact our Customer Care Department with complete specifications for prompt quotations. Note: Any order requiring customization will require a 50% deposit.

Structural frame modifications require minimum order quantities. Please contact ourCustomer Care Department for pricing, yardage requirements and lead times.

When placing an order for a customized product, please clearly mark each item with requested alterations, as well as the Trendway quotation number. Orders not clearly marked as custom will be treated as standard production, and will be the sole responsibility of the dealer.

Special Match FinishesRequests for color matching on all wood finishes must include a sample measuring aminimum of 3” x 3”. Trendway will supply the dealer with a sample for approval.

Orders with match finish requests will not be entered for production or acknowledged until written acceptance of the sample is received.

Upon receipt of written acceptance, the order will be entered for production and acknowledged as a “custom finish #___ match finish” order. Such orders become NON CANCELLABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. A special finish number will be assigned to each match for future reference.

Custom match finishes may be subject to an up charge.All special finish orders require a 50% deposit.

13. DelaysTrendway shall not be liable for loss or damage due to delay in manufacturing or delivery resulting from any cause beyond Trendway’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, compliance with any regulations, orders, or instructions of any Federal, State, orMunicipal Government, or any department or agency thereof, acts of God, acts or omissions of Dealer, acts of civil or military authority, fires, strikes, factory shutdowns or alterations,embargoes, war, riot, delays in transportation or inability due to causes beyond Trendway’s reasonable control to obtain necessary labor, manufacturing facilities, or material from Trendway’s usual sources. In no event shallTrendway be liable for special or consequential damages for any delay for any cause.

Trendway cannot be held liable for delays of delivery due to strikes, lockouts, labor ortransportation difficulties, failure or delay of supply sources, accidents, fire, “acts of God”, or any other cause beyond our control. Trendway may move products to storage if not accepted at the time of scheduled shipment. Any expenses incurred in such an event will be the sole responsibility of the dealer. Trendway considers transfer to storage as delivery for all purposes, including invoicing and expectation of payment.

14. Postponement of DeliveryIf unforeseen circumstances occur, Trendway Corporation may postpone delivery of ordered products. Customer will be notified when such postponement occurs.

15. StorageWhen shipment is delayed by the Dealer,Trendway reserves the right to place the goods in storage at customer’s risk and cost. Trendway charges a one-time charge of 1/4 of 1% list price per week to cover storage. All terms and conditions of the sale, including but not limited to invoicing and payment, will continue as if the product has been shipped to a Dealer specified destination; except thattitle remains with Trendway and that Trendway reserves the right to modify payment terms to assure recovery of any additional cost incurred.

16. TransportationAll orders shipped to any destination, within the contiguous United States, will be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid, and risk of loss or damage shall pass to Dealer upon delivery to carrier. Trendway will determine the method and agency of transportation to be used.

Exceptions to standard prepaid freight are as follows:

Customer directed expedites (Air Freight, • Federal Express, Team Hauls) will be prepaid by Trendway and Customer will be billed the difference between standard and expedited freight.

Truckload deliveries that are requested to • deliver on weekends, Holidays or after 3:00pm on Fridays will have an additional charge of $450 per truck.

Excessive unloading (in excess of 4 hours) • will be billed at $50 per hour after the initial

4 hour unloading period.LTL shipments normally deliver between •

8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. A specific delivery time on your assigned delivery date can be requested for an additional charge of $150. This charge does not apply to full-truckload shipments. Requests for specific dates/ times falling outside standard delivery time frame for the carrier serving your area constitute Expedites (see Customer- Directed Expedites, above). Expedite charges do apply to full-truckload shipments.

Lift gate service will have an additional • charge of $85.

Inside delivery service starts at $50. Call • Customer Care for quote.

Reconsignment cost after shipment, starts • at $50. Call Customer Care for quote.

Special equipment requirements call for a • quote.

In the event that special F.O.B. Destination terms are agreed to by Trendway or delivery is made on Trendway-owned or -leased equipment, customer or authorized representative is responsible for noting any freight damage or shortage on the freight bill oflading at time of delivery and must notify Trendway within five (5) days of delivery day of any such damage or shortage. Assistance in a concealed damage claim on an F.O.B. Destination shipment will be provided by Trendway only if the product has been immediately unpacked and both the carrier andTrendway have been promptly notified of resultant damage so the proper inspection can be made.

Shipping Note:Trendway strives to minimize packaging to help the environment and to make installations faster and cleaner.

Trendway ships products using various packaging methods based upon the product type and shipping method (full truck vs. LTL), all of which are designed to provide protection for the product while minimizing packaging materials. Trendway tests packaging designs to ensure their effectiveness.

17. Product OwnershipTitle and risk of loss to all goods sold shall pass to Dealer upon Trendway’s delivery to Dealer or to a carrier at shipping point. Trendway, however, retains the Purchase Money Security Interest in all goods shipped and the right to perfect same.

All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. origin, Trendway Factory, which means that ownership and the responsibility of the merchandise becomes that of the dealer upon delivery to the freight company. Therefore, the request for an inspection and the filing of a freight claim is the responsibility of you, the Consignee. The following are suggested procedures that are to be followed to help insure prompt handling of claims by the carrier. Failure to follow the guidelines and the specified requirements of the various carriers will result in your claim being delayed or declined.

Freight Damage1. Examine all cartons at the receiving docks immediately.2. Open all cartons with obvious damage immediately with the driver present.3. Note the precise details of damage to the furniture on all copies of the freight bill and have the driver sign all copies of the freight bill.4. Contact Customer Care immediately and advise them of the damage and arrange for inspection. Make note of the time, date and name of the individual you spoke with. We suggest this verbal request be followed up with a written request for inspection.5. Obtain a claim form from Customer Care and forward to the carrier with the completed inspection report copy of the freight bill, nature of the loss damage, copy of the original invoice, photographs, and a request for payment in specific terms. If the damage warrants, request that the carrier return the furniture to the manufacturer without freight charges for inspection and repair estimate.6. Please contact Trendway for a Return Authorization number prior to returning the furniture. We cannot accept any merchandise without prior authorization. Inspections should be done as soon as possible; freight claims for obvious loss or damage should be handled as soon as possible. ICC regulations governing freight carriers require freight claims to be filed within 30 days after delivery.

ClaimsNo credit or damage allowances will be given for any repairs made to damagedor defective items unless you have our written authority to make such repairs.Photos and an “on site” inspection by a Trendway representative will be required.

18. Damaged MaterialsTrendway Corporation is not responsible for shipped products when the common carrier is in receipt of the material. Trendway expects all customers to thoroughly inspect orders on receipt regardless of point of delivery. Clearreceipt should not be given on the material until it has been checked for damage in transit. All claims for noted damaged material must be made by the customer to Trendway Customer Care. Concealed damage or damage notnoted at time of delivery shall be made by the customer to the common carrier within 15 days after receipt.

19. Shortage on OrderShortage on ordered products must be reported to Trendway Corporation within five (5) days of product delivery and must be noted on bill of lading at time of delivery.

20. Product Usage and ComplianceBuyer assumes full responsibility for the application of Trendway’s product to Buyer’s use, and compliance with Trendway installation and maintenance instructions and reasonable load restrictions. Compliance to local code restrictions regarding fire, electrical, and

building codes are the responsibility of the customer or his authorized agent.

21. Post Delivery AssistanceInstallation and servicing of Trendway products are normally handled directly by Trendway authorized dealers. When this is not possible, assistance is available by calling Trendway’s Customer Care Department at1-800-893-8115.

22. Returned GoodsAs a basic policy, Trendway does not accept returned material, because most items are manufactured per order and are not in stock at the factory. If material is authorized for return because of Trendway error, shipment may be made freight collect. Any other goods for which Trendway does authorize a return will be sent prepaid and a restocking charge of 35% will apply. To receive authorization to return goods, please contact Trendway’s Customer Care Department at 1-800-893-8115.

All Returned Goods Authorizations expire thirty (30) days from date of issue. Any product returned after 30 days will be refused and returned to sender collect.

Electrical components, non-standard items, Trendway Express products, and fabric-covered goods may not be returned. Replacement products will be billed to you with credit being issued upon return of the product in good condition. All goods returned must be in the original Trendway packing cartons. Goods will be inspected for damageupon return. No credit will be issued for goods which are damaged. As a general statement of policy, return authorization will not be issued for items unless they are Trendway stock items.

23. Special Marking or TaggingSpecial tagging is available on all orders free of charge. Trendway suggests this option to simplify the staging and installation of product. Tag designations must be specified at the time an order is placed.

24. The Natural Character of WoodWood is a natural product that owes its unique character to variations in color, texture and grain. Therefore, minor variations will occur from one piece of wood to another. Like other materials found in nature, exposure to light and the aging process causes wood variations over time. Lighter finishes on darker woods further enhance the natural character of the wood. Recognizing the rich nature of wood, Trendway will not replace wood product as a result of the natural character of wood.

25. UpholsteryTrendway takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. With the wide array of fabrics and surface materials offered, there may be differences in materials that can affect the appearance of the final product. Each product is upholstered by hand and the upholstery may vary between similar products.

Trendway cannot be held liable for any

upholstery cover with regard to durability, colorfastness, shrinkage, or stretching beyond what the surface material supplier extends to Trendway.

26. Fire RetardencyCalifornia Technical bulletin 133 (CAL 133) is a “product-specific” flammability burn test. Trendway can enhance the fire retardant properties of our products by adding a fire retardant barrier cloth between the fabric and the foam cushions. An upcharge of $50 per yard of upholstery is applied for this process. The application of the fire-barrier does not certify the product configuration. For CAL 133 certification, Trendway will send product to an outside certified laboratory for certification. There is a laboratory processing fee for certification, cost of the product being certified and related shipping. Please contact Customer Care for testing fees and lead time.

28. Lifetime Healthcare WarrantyTrendway Corporation warrants its product to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the life of its Healthcare Products. The liability of Trendway Corporation is limited to repair or to furnish new parts as may be necessary to repair any item that may deem defective in material or workmanship. This warranty is void in cases of damage in transit, negligence, abuse, improper maintenance or modifications. There is no other express of warranty nor can Trendway be held responsible for any implied warranties. Normal aging and wear of textiles, filling material, and finishes are exempted from this warranty. Trendway’s judgment will be final in all matters concerning the condition of their products sold and the cause or nature of the defect and the necessity or manner of repair.

Limited Lifetime WarrantyTrendway Corporation warrants to the original purchaser that the products described in its price lists, sold after August 1, 2004 will be free from defects in materials and workmanship commencing with the date of initial purchase and continuing for as long as the original owner uses these products. The following exceptions apply to all product lines:The Trendway warranty applies to normal three shift office use with exception of seating which is a single shift and maximum weight limit of•

250 lbs. This does not apply to Healthcare Portfolio Bariatric seating.Damage caused by improper treatment of the product including exposure to unusual environmental conditions (extreme climates, acids, and •

moisture)

This comprehensive warranty applies to all products installed by a Trendway authorized installer. Trendway will repair, or at its option, replace defective merchandise, free of charge, which, when used normally and pursuant to Trendway’s published instructions and applicable planning guide information, prove to be defective within the period stated. If Trendway requests that defective part be returned, shipping charges pre-paid, credit will only be issued upon Trendway receipt of return. This remedy is expressly agreed to be exclusive as a condition of sale. No person is authorized to assume for Trendway any warranty liability, except as expressly set forth in this paragraph, or set forth in writing by an authorized officer of the company at its headquarters in Holland, Michigan. Any and all labor charge backs must be pre-approved by Trendway’s Customer Care Manager in writing.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, transport, or misuse, as well as damage from normal wear and tear such as dents, nicks, scratches, fading and improper maintenance. Trendway employs quality measures to ensure color consistency in our products. However, due to the effects of light and other environmental factors, no guarantee can be made for an exact match to product in an existing installation.

Natural variations occurring in materials such as wood and leather are not considered defects, and Trendway does not warrant the matching of colors, grains, textures or colorfastness of these materials.

Trendway provides a three-year warranty on veneer products for quality and craftsmanship. Due to the natural properties of wood, the following are not covered under this warranty:

Changes in wood color resulting from exposure to light or aging• Natural variation in wood grain or the presence of character marks•

Natural color variation between wood veneer and solid wood pieces• Normal wear and tear•

Natural color variation resulting from veneer lay-up• Exact matching to swatch cards•

Trendway makes no warranty to purchasers who acquire products for personal, family, or household purposes, or to purchasers acquiring the product other than directly from Trendway Corporation, its authorized dealers, or others who are specifically authorized by Trendway to sell such products. Trendway’s liability with respect to its products shall not exceed that expressly set forth above irrespective of the theory upon which a claim might be based, including negligence. Under no circumstances shall Trendway be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Original product label must be attached to the product in question.

The warranty period is not interrupted or prolonged by the performance of a service under the terms of the warranty. There are no other warranties except as expressly set forth above, either express or implied, including any warranty of design, merchantability or fitness for any purpose.

Trendway warrants its product to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the life of its Healthcare Products. The liability of Trendway is limited to repair or to furnish new parts as may be necessary to repair any item that may deem defective in material or workmanship. This warranty is void in cases of damage in transit, negligence, abuse, improper maintenance or modifications. There is no other express of warranty nor can Trendway be held responsible for any implied warranties. Normal aging and wear of textiles, filling material, and finishes are exempted from this warranty. Trendway’s judgment will be final in all matters concerning the condition of their products sold and the cause or nature of the defect and the necessity or manner of repair.

This warranty supersedes all previously printed Trendway warranties.

To make ordering easier for our customers, Trendway offers a graded-in fabric program with top suppliers including Arc Com, Architex, C.F. Stinson, Design Tex, Douglas Fabrics, Knoll, Maharam, Mayer Fabrics, Momentum Textiles and Paul Brayton.

The graded-in fabric program will allow the buyer to issue only one purchase order for product on which you choose to use any variety of these fabrics.

Frame ConstructionThe frame is constructed using kiln-dried hardwoods with sturdy double-dowel construction and mortise-and-tenon or puzzle frame joinery. The 3” Perelli webbing, sinuous springs and generous, multi-density foam cushions make for a strong and extremely comfortable seat.

CushionsGroup C seat cushions are fabricated for long-lasting comfort using low-emitting, CAL 117-compliant, high-density polyurethane foam.

Anti-Microbial FinishGroup C Wood components have a specially formulated resilient finish that inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, mildew and fungus on wood surfaces.

Contrasting Seat and BackCombination upholstery (more than one upholstery cover within the same unit) is an option on all Group C upholstered products. Pricing for this option is the grade price for the highest grade upholstery selected.

The Natural Character of Wood

Wood is a natural product that owes its unique character to variations in color, texture and grain. Therefore, minor variations will occur from one piece of wood to another. Like other materials found in nature, exposure to light and the aging process causes wood variations over time. Lighter finishes on darker woods further enhance the natural character of the wood. Recognizing the rich nature of wood, Trendway will not replace wood product as a result of the natural character of wood.

Frame ConstructionThe frame is constructed using kiln-dried hardwoods with sturdy double-dowel construction and mortise-and-tenon frame joinery. The 3” Perelli webbing, sinuous springs and generous multi-density foam cushions make for a strong and extremely comfortable seat.

Arms are 2” wide with a rounded, easy-to-grip edge that is soft to the hands.

CleanoutMost Group G seating models have a horizontal cleanout design feature to prevent the accumulation of dirt and debris between seat and back for ease of cleaning. Anti-Microbial FinishGroup G Wood components have a specially formulated resilient finish that inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, mildew and fungus on wood surfaces.

CushionsGroup G seat cushions are fabricated for long-lasting comfort using low-emitting, CAL 117-compliant, high-density polyurethane foam.


Options

Contrasting Seat and BackCombination upholstery (more than one upholstery cover within the same unit) is an option on all Group G upholstered products. Pricing for this option is the grade price for the highest grade upholstery selected. This option is not available on Recliners.

Like other materials found in nature, exposure to light and the aging process causes wood variations over time. Lighter finishes on darker woods further enhance the natural character of the wood. The 3-Position family of recliners meets a variety of patient needs. Offered in basic 3-position, Trendelenburg and Bariatric Expanding models. The Bariatric Expanding model can also be ordered complete with fill cushions for a finished aesthetic

Recliners are constructed of kiln-dried hardwoods using puzzle frame joinery. Front-locking casters are standard on all recliner models, with optional wood legs available.

Accessories include: Utility Bar, Folding Side Tray, Articulating Tablet Arm, Push bar, Monitor Arm Mount, Seat Moisture Barrier, Protective Poly Arm Cap and Seat Moisture Barrier. A Lateral Transfer Arm is available also. Additional information on these options is found on page 69.

Group M Metal collection combines the durability of steel with an attractive, non-institutional aesthetic for high-traffic applications such as emergency rooms.

Standard Features

The frame is constructed of 14 gauge 1-1/4” steel tube with rails constructed of ¼” and 1-1/2” solid steel. The steel is cleaned with centrifugal force using steel pellets and then painted with an electrostatic finish. The 3” Perelli webbing and waterfall front seat design makes for a strong and extremely comfortable seat. With no stitching on the seat, the foam is sealed from fluids.

CleanoutMost Group M metal seating models have a horizontal cleanout design feature to prevent the accumulation of dirt and debris between seat and back. Anti-Microbial FinishGroup M wood components have a specially formulated resilient finish that inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, mildew and fungus on wood surfaces.

CushionsGroup M seat cushions are fabricated for long-lasting comfort using low-emitting, CAL 117-compliant high-density polyurethane foam.


Options

Contrasting Seat and BackCombination upholstery (more than one upholstery cover within the same unit) is an option on all Group M upholstered products. Pricing for this option is the grade price for the highest grade upholstery selected.

Protective Arm CapThe optional protective poly arm cap provides enhanced durability and protection for the arms. This is field replaceable if it becomes damaged or degraded.

Wall Saver LegThe wall saver leg is available on most seating models to prevent wall damage.

Renewable ComponentsField-replaceable seat cushions, back cushion and arm caps are available for Group M Metal seating.

The Group W collection combines Arts and Crafts styling with rugged durability to provide a welcomingaesthetic for healthcare and hospitality settings.

Standard Features

The frame is constructed using kiln-dried hardwoods with sturdy double-dowel construction and mortise-and-tenon frame joinery. The 3” Perelli webbing makes for a strong and extremely comfortable seat. With no stitching on the seat, the foam is sealed from fluids.

CleanoutGroup W seating models have a horizontal cleanout design feature to prevent the accumulation of dirt and debris between seat and back. Anti-Microbial FinishGroup W wood components have a specially formulated resilient finish that inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, mildew and fungus on wood surfaces.

CushionsGroup W seat cushions are fabricated for long-lasting comfort using low-emitting, CAL 117-compliant high-density polyurethane foam.


Options

Contrasting Seat and BackCombination upholstery (more than one upholstery cover within the same unit) is an option on all Group W upholstered products. Pricing for this option is the grade price for the highest grade upholstery selected. This option is not available on Recliners and Gliders.

Replaceable Seat CushionField-replaceable seat cushions are available for Group W Wood seating.

Tables are available in a durable, easy-cleaning laminate finish or seamless Thermofoil top option. Thermofoil tops feature a seamless integrated Spill Guard edge.

Tables are available in a versatile, space-saving Double Top design. The flip-up second surface provides extra space for charting or patient use. Dual Top Thermofoil tops also provide two seamless integrated cup holders in the flip-up surface.
