Delivery Exceptions Orders delivering to remote areas may be subject to longer lead times. For customers located in Alaska and Hawaii, orders will ship to the point of embarkation (U.S. Freight Forwarder). Customers located in Canada will follow the NOW program terms, however, delivery could extend from the current lead time expectations based on location if located in remote areas.

Order SizeHON NOW allows you to provide just a chair or desk all the way to an entire private office, open office workstations to a collaborative space in your office all delivered with speed.• No minimum or maximum order threshold. However, large quantity

orders or large dollar volume orders may receive lead times greater than the HON NOW program delivery threshold. Please work with your project or order management team to confirm availability for your specific project.

• Orders are subject to availability based on the HON NOW assortment.

Lead Time The HON NOW program is designed to deliver on avg. in 10 business days with an option for expedited delivery. IS ANYTHINGNOTCOVERED?

There are a few exclusions to the HON Full LifetimeWarranty and to the12-, 10-, and 5-year warranties. These exclusions are:

• All HON products that are covered under a separate 5-year warranty.

• Color-fastness or matching of colors, woodgrains, or texturesoccurring in wood, leather, or other materials that naturally exhibitinherent color variations.

• Customer’s ownmaterials (COM) selected by and used at the requestof the user.

• Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approvedby The HON Company and product failures resulting from suchmodifications or attachments.
