SADIE™ LIMITED 3-YEAR WARRANTYThe HON Company promises to repair or replace Sadie productsor components covered under this warranty that are found to bedefective in material or workmanship within three (3) years fromthe date of original purchase so long as you, the originalpurchaser, still own it. This is your sole and exclusive remedy.This warranty is subject to the provisions below. It applies toproduct manufactured after January 29, 2018.

LIMITATIONS:• Surface materials, laminate, upholstery, paint, are warranted

for two (2) years from date of purchase.

• Electronic (Electrical) Components are warranted for one (1)year from date of purchase.

• Workplace Tools are warranted for one (1) year from date ofpurchase.

• KD Metal Casegoods are warranted for one (1) year from dateof purchase.

• Damage caused by the carrier in-transit is handled underseparate terms.

EXCLUSIONS:This warranty does not apply and no other warranty applies to:

• Normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over thecourse of ownership.

• Modifications or attachments to the product that are notapproved by The HON Company.

• Products that were not installed, used, or maintained inaccordance with product instructions and warnings.

• Products used for rental purposes.

SEATING USAGENormal commercial use for seating is identified as the equivalentof a single shift, forty- (40) hour workweek by users up to 225lbs. To the extent that a seating product is used in a mannerexceeding this, the applicable warranty period will be reduced ina pro-rata manner.

A WORD ABOUT COLOR VARIATIONS,FABRICS AND FINISHES:The HON Company does not warrant the color-fastness ormatching of colors, grains, or textures of covering materials.

CUSTOMER’S OWN MATERIAL (COM)Not available on Sadie products covered under the Limited3-Year Warranty.
