Summary
• When looked at in isolation, conceiving and delivering
energy efficiency projects is a challenge
• Make organisation information requirements and asset
information the starting point. Get this right and
everything will follow.
• With the right information, the business case for energy
efficiency investment goes far beyond CO2 and fuel bill
savings…
