2. WEBSITE HEALTH The most important factor in evaluating the website’s health is conversion rate. The website’s conversion rate is 1.68% (you can see this data on page 6), which is solid. By continuing to increase the traffic and simply maintaining the conversion rate we’ll inevitably generate more website leads. We’ll jump to website traffic and leads later on. Some other important website health metrics are:

user interaction (bounce rates, average time on the site, pages viewed/user)

mobile user interaction data compared to desktop

website backlinks

website indexing or structural errors

website security User interaction overall and on mobile: the graphics below highlights our key UX metrics for desktop, mobile, and tablet for 2014-15 (top) vs 2015-16 (bottom). You can see a more detailed report for 2014-15 here and 2015-16 here. The biggest red flag for 2014-15 data is that mobile traffic saw only a 0.05% conversion rate. Upon taking over we grew this to 2.03%. This means that for every new 1,000 mobile visitors we’re generating 20 leads vs 0.5 leads. That’s potentially $50,000-100,000 in revenue.

Google’s backlink list here. The screenshot below is from SEMRush, a quality SEO software we use. The

main thing it’s showing is that we have no toxic links we need to be worried about.

Website indexing or structural errors: According to Google Webmaster Tools, there are no website

errors. Google continues to index more content as the site grows as well.

3. WEBSITE TRAFFIC You’ll see two screen shots below highlighting the practice’s organic traffic 2014-15 (top) and 2015-16 (bottom). Since we had to create a new Analytics account we’re comparing the two separately. Google organic traffic has grown 57.28% in 2015-16 vs. 2014-15. In evaluating the practice’s website traffic, it’s also important to know which landing pages this traffic is going to. You can see by the graphic below one of the top 4 landing pages is blog article! 5 of the top 25 landing pages are blog articles! This is great news and only reinforces the value of blogging. For a more detailed report of 2015-16 landing pages click here. You’ll see that many of these landing pages, including the blog articles, resulted in new website leads.

Overall leads grew by 237% and social leads grew from 0 to 11 in 2015-16. You can see the breakdown below, which highlights each individual goal conversion uniquely.
