Immediate results and instant feedback
our curriculum was developed with practical application in mind. the modular format of the Accelerated develop-ment program means that you can apply the new knowledge to the workplace in real time, as the program progresses. executives introduce new ideas and frameworks to their teams after each session. Furthermore, executives can report their implementation successes and challenges in the following modules and in their optional executive coaching sessions. the program also encourages peer learning and a confidential sharing environment where ideas can be discussed and collaborated on, allowing participants to share experiences from their own companies, industries, and countries.
Organizational impact beyond the executive
our program starts with a focus on the executive as a leader, but our emphasis is on those around them: their team, their firm, their community. they will not only realize their own potential, but inspire others to achieve greater results and create lasting value for the organization. executives leave the program armed with knowledge and skills to drive forward organizational transformation.

Spotlight on…Social Capitalpeople bring to their job more than the human capital they have accumulated through years of education and experience. they also bring social capital, the resources and support they can procure through their network of relationships. Contemporary organizations, with their leaner hierarchies and global markets, require now more than ever that leaders become the authors of their jobs. Successful people are better at reading their organization, determining what to do and who to involve in getting the job done, and therefore driving organizational transformation. Such leaders have social capital. Themes of social capital are discussed in the Accelerated Development Program.
The Returns of Social CapitalResearch shows that active participants in a program that was grounded in principles of social capital were:
•72% more likely to be promoted
•74% more likely to be retained by their companies
•42% more likely to receive top performance evaluations
John Burrows Adjunct Assistant Professor of Behavioral Science
