Team Leader Corporate, Credit Services Reporting to the Senior Manager – Credit Services, the Team Leader - Corporate will provide support in the day to day operations of the Corporate Cluster within Credit Services. Key Responsibilities Ensure the smooth running of the daily activity of the cluster Report any abnormality to Head of Department Review of internal /external audit/Bank of Mauritius/Risks/Compliance report Identify all risks related issues in Credit Services and escalate same to Head of Department/Risk team Interact with the Sales Team for completion of disbursement within the SLA set by the Bank Review and coach team members in adhering to internal policies and procedures Profile Minimum 4 years’ experience within a similar position, within the Banking sector Degree in Banking, Business, Finance, Investment or any other professional qualification acceptable to the Bank Prior experience in supervision of a team Well versed with the credit documentation and disbursement process Knowledge of Banking products, procedures and regulatory requirements Ability to work with a high level of accuracy Good time management Skills Computer Literate, strong knowledge of Excel, Word High level of integrity and confidentiality Knowledge of Finacle will be an advantage Target & result driven
