Team Leader Corporate, Credit Services Reporting to the Senior Manager – Credit Services, the Team Leader - Corporate will provide support in the day to day operations of the Corporate Cluster within Credit Services.

Key Responsibilities� Ensure the smooth running of the daily activity of the cluster� Report any abnormality to Head of Department� Review of internal /external audit/Bank of Mauritius/Risks/Compliance report� Identify all risks related issues in Credit Services and escalate same to Head of Department/Risk team� Interact with the Sales Team for completion of disbursement within the SLA set by the Bank � Review and coach team members in adhering to internal policies and procedures Profile� Minimum 4 years’ experience within a similar position, within the Banking sector� Degree in Banking, Business, Finance, Investment or any other professional qualification acceptable to the Bank� Prior experience in supervision of a team� Well versed with the credit documentation and disbursement process� Knowledge of Banking products, procedures and regulatory requirements� Ability to work with a high level of accuracy� Good time management Skills� Computer Literate, strong knowledge of Excel, Word� High level of integrity and confidentiality� Knowledge of Finacle will be an advantage� Target & result driven
