    The Community Choices Program is a qualitygrowth initiative in Atlanta. We provide cities

    and counties with the tools, technical assistanceand resources to help them create communitiesthat best suit their unique visions.

    The Small Cities Program by Kansas CityCOG (MARC) is intended to provideadministrative, planning and informationalresources to smaller local governments.

    Throughout the Philadelphia region, there arecommunities that have preserved their history,character, and main street charm. Each is unique,yet all are wonderful places to live, work, and play.
