affordable8 • we have priced the ConciergeAdvice℠ model to be affordable for those just starting out and to be extremely cost competitive to those clients already working with a conventional advisor:

Builder Plan℠ Foundation Plan℠

Investable Assets up to $350k over $350kMonthly Fee $100 $300

Investable assets include all investment accounts, IRAs, and employer plan accounts such as 401(k), 403(b), 457, TSP, etc. The assets do not have to be managed by our firm to count as an investable asset. The same monthly fee applies to individuals and married couples.

The builder plan is affordable for those clients who are just starting out or may not even meet the conventional minimum account size of typical

advisors (often as high as $200,000-250,000). We have no minimum client account requirement.

The foundation plan is competitively priced as $3,600 a year or $300 a month. A conventional advisor typical charges 1.00-1.20% a year. For a

client with just $500,000, that equals $5,000-6,000. Large clients can save much more!
