ankers of various modifications, dry cargo vessels, research, ice- breaking and drilling vessels, containers and ore carriers, arctic supply vessels,

The production program is focused on the building of multipurpose vessels, tankers, offshore vessels, tugs,

other type of the vessels as well as hull building and construction of offshore structures.

The yards have the production capacity to perform the full cycle of shipbuilding works, from steel cutting and bending to mounting of the propulsion complex, outfitting works and manufacturing of complicated marine systems

Completion of the vessels by “turnkey” is carried out with the involvement of the local and foreign companies for electrical installation, insulation, accommodation and HVAC works.

BUILDING BERTH PRODUCTIONFormation of Hulls takes place on two construction sites. Hull assembly is implemented by sequence positional method of joining units along the length of the vessel. The vessel’s motion along the building berth is made by means of 150 to 200 tlc ship trolleys, mounted into trains

BUILDING SITE No1Blocks up to 2000 tons are formed in the Large Block Assembly Building (LBAB) to be transported onto 2 construction slipway lines, 300 m long each with flow-line production method, equipped with 50 tons overhead and 80/63/10 tons portal cranes. The LBAB is equipped with 50-100 tons cranes. Ready blocks are transported by the 2500 tons transborder. To move large blocks a train of hydraulic trolleys 150-200 tons is used. The site ensures construction of vessels up to 180,0 m long, 25,3 m wide and launching weight 8,000 tons with launching through the flooding docking chamber. Afloat vessel is moved sidewise to the building berth.

BUILDING SITE No2Hull forming is performed on a covered slipway on 2 lines, 240 m long and 36 m wide each. The site allows to build ships up to 140 m long and 32 m wide, 6,000 tons of launching weight with launching on inclined trolleys.

Straightening, shotblasting and cutting of rolled metal plates 3-50 mm thick, size 3200 x 16000 mm on plasma flame and gas cutting automatically programmed machines.

Shipyard equipped with mechanized line ESAB for assembly of flat sections 16 x 16 m with automatic welding plates and framing. For transportation of units with weight up to 100 t, used special trailers of SCHEUERLE Company, Germany, for transportation of units with the weight up to 215 t, used Transporting Platform of KAMAG Co., Germany.

FLOW-LINE PRODUCTIONThe scheme allows to organize serial production of ships and vessels on the horizontal slipway in the covered berth of 400 m at length up to 7 000 tons of launching mass and up to 120 m length. Flow-Line Production Scheme is ideal for carrying out dock repair of ships with the execution of necessary hull, pipe, mechanical and installation works. The scheme provides everything necessary for docking operations of inspection and resurvey of vessels by the Classification Societies.

INCLINED SLIPWAY Slipway dedicated for ships of total launching weight up to 24 000 tons construction. Slipway plate of total area over 13 000 m2 for assembling of outfitted hull blocks up to 1250 t. with further assembling on the slipway. Equipped with 2 frame cranes 900 tons lifting capacity each and 4 portal cranes 80 tons.

INCLINED SLIPWAY “1” Slipway dedicated for ships of total launching weight up to 10 000 tons. Equipped with portal cranes 80 tons lifting capacity, allowing assembly of blocks up to 160 tons. Flow line production dedicated for ships construction of launching weight up to 3500 tons and up to 17m wide.

Workshop machine tool population includes 3 thermal cutting lines for metal of 3-100 mm thickness and maximum size 3000х12000 mm, equipped with 10 machines, wide range of plate-bending and pressing equipment providing for bending of sheet steel (up to 60 mm thick)

4-bay building equipped with welded framing, bottom framing and non-typical flat sections fabrication lines.Sections from workshop to paint chamber, to slipways and SLP are transported by MAFI truck trailer 350 TLC and yard's railway transport.
