A 4 years old boy, brought to the emergency room with tonic clonic convulsion and unconsciousness. The convulsion already happen for 10 minutes. From the history taking the patient had convulsion attack 2-3 minutes once until twice per month since 2 years ago especialy when he had high fever. But since 6 months ago the convulsion attack can also happen without any fever
