The Shingo Approach

s a partnersTogether, the power to improve

Leaders around the world have invested a substantial amount of time and money on initiatives that achieve positive results. However, it is hard to maintain and sustain momentum. Each new tool becomes another possible solution or "best practice" only to create confusion that often results in what we call the "sugar high" - a temporary boost in results accompanied by a fleeting feeling of victory. People begin to believe that sustainable solutions are not only elusive, but that each new initiative eventually becomes "flavour-of-the-month" and leaves unfulfilled aspirations.

The Shingo Model™ is not an additional programme or another initiative to implement; rather, it introduces Guiding Principles on which to anchor your current initiatives and to fill the gaps in your efforts towards ideal results and enterprise excellence.

Why is there a Shingo Masterclass?

The Shingo approach is rapidly establishing itself as the pre-eminent global approach to both achieve and benchmark yourself against global standards of Enterprise Excellence.

The approach fosters and requires a number of rare attributes in all members of the Leadership team:

A thorough understanding of Enterprise Excellence

A dedicated attention to cultural and systems change

A passion to create a sustainable embedded journey

The humility to ensure that all employees are involved

We believe that this requires on-the-job, coaching and ongoing support.

Based on this industry demand, we have created the Shingo Master Class.
