This session forms the basis of a personal and career development journey. It will enable you to know more about yourselves and your peers. By building 3D models of your core and aspired identity, you come closer to the person you genuinely are and to the person you aspire to be.
Session Objectives:
• Understand your core personal identity• Understand your external identity; how others see you • Visualize what your aspired identity is; the person you aspire to be• Build on your personal discoveries and start your own journey of development and change

This session focuses on the team's vision, goals and strengths. It is designed to unlock the full potential of a team and help its members dive deep into its spirit and dynamics.
Session Objectives:
• Create a shared mindset of the team goals• Explore team challenges and allow constructive discussions to make roles clear and easy to understand• Incorporate ideas and concerns in the team shared model; giving everyone a voice• Reflect on individuals' impact on team dynamics and identify areas for improvement

Session 3: Product Design & Innovation Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

This session is your gateway to imagination and creative design. It will help you transform ideas of products and services into concrete models. With the uninterrupted flow of ideas through construction and visualization, your concepts will come to life in the form of 3D LEGO models.
Session Objectives:
• Create 3D models of product ideas and experiment with the bricks' magnificent ability to accept change!• Stimulate creative thinking and innovative design• Enable silent participants to contribute and make sure individual ideas are fully explored• Create an informal learning platform to allow sharing of views, concerns, insights and inspiration
