John began his career with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife) in 1993. In 1995, John joined the Mt. Laurel, New Jersey brokerage and consulng firm of Corporate Dynamics, Inc. John works with private and public sector companies, non- profit organizaons and associaons, assisng them in the design, negoaon, implementaon, and servicing of their employee benefits plans. He specializes in reducing employer costs through plan design study, claim analysis, creave funding, diligent negoaons implemenng value based plans, and total populaon management. John’s benefits knowledge, experse in claims analysis, and understanding ulizaon paerns coupled with his market awareness has produced very favorable results for his clients. His clients’ average renewal was half the published Naonal Average. John and his team saved their clients over $14,000,000 in benefit cost over the past three years. Kelly Puszzi serves as a Vice President at Corporate Synergies Group with over eleven years of experience in strategic planning, renewal negoaon and overall plan management for her clients. Kelly is responsible for new business development and account retenon with a core focus on developing long term strategic plans for cost control, wellness and populaon management. Her involvement in client accounts includes the oversight of vendor procurement, plan design review, financial analysis, benchmarking and ensuring overall client sasfacon. Prior to joining Corporate Synergies, Kelly was with Mercer Human Resource Consulng working as a Health & Benefit Consultant and a Project Manager in the Mergers & Acquisions group. She has experience working with both private and public organizaons ranging in size from 50 to 60,000 covered lives on health care and group disability consulng as well as providing project management and HR guidance related to business transacons including mergers, acquisions divestures and joint-ventures. She began her career at Brown & Brown, formerly Doyle Consulng Group located in Philadelphia.
