SUBMISSION OF PRIVATE SCHOOL'S BASELINE DATA AND REPORTS ON COMPLIANCE TO QUALITY STANDARDS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2019-2020
1. Geared towards the realization of DepEd's Development Plan Goal 1 which is Expand Access to Basic Education, and pursuant to DepeD Order 88, s. 2010 or the Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic Education and DepEd Order 4, s. 2014 or the Adoption of Modified School Fmms for Elementary and Secondary Schools, and Strategic Management and Operations to Private Schools in the Division ofNueva Vizcaya, the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent through the School Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit, requires all the School Heads of the Private Schools at all levels to submit baseline data and reports on compliance to quality standards.
2. The unified templates are attached (Enclosures) to follow in filling up the needed data:
i. Enclosure 1 Private Schools Granted Authority for Tuition Fee Hike for SY 2019-2020 (attached approved endorsement from the DepEd Regional Office)
ii. Enclosure 2 List ofESC/EVS Grantees by Grade Level, SY 2019-2020 (JHS) iii. Enclosure 3 List of Voucher Program Recipients by Grade Level, SY 2019 - 2019 (SHS) iv. PRIVATE SCHOOL'S COMPLIANCE TO QUALITY STANDARDS (An ME Tool) (Pursuant to DO 88, s. 2010, DO 4, s. 2014, DO 58, s. 2017, DO 8, s. 2015)
1bis Monitoring and Evaluation Tool is basically designed to assess the extent of compliance with the DepEd Minimum Quality Standards as well as to evaluate the school's characteristics, its qualitative traits of excellence, and its level of performance. This is a quality assurance tool for private schools aimed at building effective and high performing schools through continuous focuses improvement efforts. It guides both the school and certifiers in evaluating the different areas to achieve quality student performance and organizational effectiveness.
Rating Scale and Compliance Status The rating of each statement must be based on verifiable facts and evidences, interviews with concerned stakeholders, and a rater's personal observations, assessment and evaluation. Each statement shall be rated on a scale of I to 4 with 1 being the least desirable state and 4 being the most desirable condition.
