Training is a profession, as a trainer you will

unexpected or unwanted situations. When

completing the TFT Program, you will have

received all necessary knowledge and skills to

start your career as a qualified trainer in the

professional and personal development of

SETTING YOUR PERSONAL GOALS

The training starts with a personal goal-setting interview

between you and your trainer. During this interview,

mutual expectations and principles are brought in line,

while you can ascertain yourself that the TFT program

sufficiently meets your requirements and expectations.

TRAINER AND PEER COACHING

In between series of training sessions, you will get

together with your co-participants at least 5 times to

discuss your personal development in the profession

of trainer. You will provide coaching to each other

and support each other’s learning process. Writing

a report of the meetings is part of the examination

requirements.

The total Training for Trainers Certification Program is made

out of six modules and one examination. The six modules are

divided over two parts: Fundamentals and Practitioner. The

total duration of the whole TFT program is six months.

Fundamentals will provide you with a basic toolbox

that you need as a certified trainer to create an

optimal learning environment for your participants.
