1. Your own coach desk

Together we will determine what will be the best set up

for coaching for your organization. We will take into

account the interests involved, your strategic objectives,

your organization’s culture, your present use and

management of your coaches.

2. Dedicated pool of coaches

Next, we will set up a dedicated pool of coaches in

collaboration with you. We will select from our own

pool of accredited coaches. This way we can guarantee

high-value coaching for your organization. Are you already

working with coaches? We can assess your current coaches

and if they meet the standards we have set jointly, they

can be included in your dedicated pool. We know from

experience that coaches are quite willing to partner with

us. We then ensure that your coaches are brought up to

speed; we offer them structural professionalization and

certification and ensure that they remain fully up to date

with the developments within your organization and your

challenges. We also continuously monitor and manage

your dedicated coaches on effect and quality of their results.

3. Staffing the coach desk

Your coach desk comprises of:

Project leader(s) who will set up and monitor your coaching

products, manage your dedicated coach pool, monitor

quality and effect, and maintain communication with you;

Coach advisors who will do the intakes and advise

each client on a suitable program that fits their needs,

and match to the most appropriate coach from your

pool of coaches;

Administrative support who do all logistics and

administrative tasks

We can also integrate your coach desk with our own

so that you can benefit from economies of scale.

4. Administrative & logistical process

Coaching and coaching programs always entail a considerable

amount of administrative and logistic work . We can handle

this entire process for you. This usually involves invoicing,

seeing to it that all coaching starts and finishes, tracking

time and payments, receiving evaluations and preparing

reports.
