We are so excited that you have decided to embark on this Pure Barre journey. This challenge will not be

easy, but it will be worth it and we know you are strong enough to accomplish your goals. Set an

intention for the next 30 days. Remember why you are doing this. Push yourself towards a happy and

At Pure Barre we truly believe in living a healthy lifestyle inside the studio and outside. Begin this challenge fueling your body the right way! Whether you’re running out of class to go to work, planning

your meals for tomorrow after lift, tone, burning, or just looking for a fun way to spice up your diet, we have the recipe for you:

!Coconut Mango Overnight Oatmeal

!

! Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

½ cup diced mango 1 tbsp shredded coconut

1 ½ tbsp agave nectar !

Instructions Stir together all ingredients in a sealable jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving and add additional milk (thinner consistency) and agave

nectar if desired. !

It is crucial to fuel your body in all the right ways before and after a Pure Barre workout. Check out

strawberries I apple and 2 tablespoons all-natural peanut

butter Eggs n’ Toast

Peanut Butter & bananas on whole-wheat toast

Veggie omelet !!!

Post !Apples and cheese

Black bean omelet: 4 egg whites, 1-ounce low-fat cheese, ¼ cup canned black beans Pita and hummus

Green Smoothie: 4 cups spinach, ½ cup yogurt, 1 cup almond milk, 1 banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and ice !!

“My Pure Barre life is lived through goal setting, reflection, and inspiration. I set

weekly goals and normally aim for at least 5 classes/week. I use my time in Pure Barre to

collect my thoughts, have quiet time, and focus on improving my body. The reflection comes when I look into the mirror and see

what I can do in just 55 minutes! The instructors at Pure Barre are inspiring; each one of them has a heart of gold and works closely with you to push you to your max.”

Pure Tips How can I get the most out of my Pure Barre experience? !

1. Continue to ask questions. !2. Set goals for yourself before each and every class. !

3. Keep cardio in your workout routine; even if it’s just a small walk with friends or during a lunch break. !

4. Do not compare yourself to others. !5. It should never get easier. Continue to push yourself. Every

class should leave you feeling accomplished.

We are always dying to try new recipes here at Pure Barre that are easy, quick, and full of great nutrients! !Check out this recipe from greatest.com.

Ingredients !1/4 cup black beans1 teaspoon chicken brothPinch of cuminPinch of cayennePinch of garlic powder1/2 cup red cabbage, sliced thin3 ounces precooked grilled chicken breast, sliced thin2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt2 tabelspoons fresh salsaFresh cilantro, for garnishSliced green onions, for garnish !

Directions ! Microwave black beans with chicken broth, oregano, cumin, cayenne, and garlic powder on high for 30 to 45 seconds until heated. Set aside. ! Add red cabbage to your bowl, and spoon the black beans on top. Layer sliced chicken, Greek yogurt, salsa, and cilantro and green onions, and enjoy immediately!
