Macaroni and Cheese Ingredients 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 2 cups milk 2 cups cheddar cheese cubed (good quality or sharp) Instructions Cook elbow macaroni in boiling, lightly salted water per package directions for al dente; drain (don't rinse) in a colander, set aside. In the pasta pan melt butter; blend in flour; stir until golden brown about 2 minutes. Then slowly whisk in milk, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Add cheddar cheese; stir in until melted. Procedure

1. Sauté garlic and onions in margarine. Add bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes.2. Add in the tomato paste. Saute for 1 minute. 3. Stir in ground beef, spiced ham, and MAGGI Beef Broth Cubes. Season with soy sauce, herbs, and spices (marjoram, paprika, oregano). Cook meat until done. 4. Pour in the tomato sauce plus 1 cup water and simmer until thick. Adjust seasonings to taste. 5. Stir in cooked noodles to meat sauce. Remove from heat and pour in NESTLÉ Cream. 6. Arrange in a pyrex dish; top with grated cheese and bake at 300 degrees F for 20 minutes or until cheese has melted.
