Community Consultation on Policies

Kia ora, We have just completed Week 6, which is just over half way through the first term, and staff and students will be well and truly settled in to the routine of teaching and learning. Following on from our successful 2019 NCEA results, we had the opportunity on Monday, to celebrate those

students who received Merit, and Excellence Endorsements. We are very proud of our students’ achievements, and

I would like to acknowledge all students who worked to the best of their ability, regardless of the level of achievement

they received. I would also like to thank former pupil Juliet McLachlan, Dux of Papanui High School in 2016, and

currently in her 4th and final year of Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Canterbury, who was our guest

speaker, and parents/caregivers/whānau members who were able to attend, and share in our acknowledgement of

the academic success.

Next week is International Week with activities including lunchtime International Group performances, the popular Food Fair, and finishing on Friday with a fundraising mufti day.
