Step 1: Login and enter the site

Go to the Website: http://omegaschoolsmanager.net/assessment/index.php

Enter in your login details as provided by the SCHOOL MANAGER .

Step 2: The Portal Dashboard The first screen is the ENTRY SUMMARY page. Use this section to enter information or retrieve information about your school. Use the drop down buttons to choose your options and select the green VIEW ENTRIES button. To ENTER information: Select the SCORE ENTRY tab. To RETRIEVE information: Select the SCORE SHEET tab. To return to the dashboard, select the SUMMARY tab.

To Enter Test Scores

1.  Enter your TEACHER NUMBER . (example T1, T2, etc. )

2. Select your OMEGA School branch, class, subject, the test of the scores to enter, the current term and current school year.

3. Select the NEXT button.

Cross check the information entered. If you have made a mistake, select

the GO BACK button. If everything is correct, select the

BEGIN ENTRY button.

Confirm your entry

You will see the class list on the screen. The names should correspond with the list

from you School Manager.

To search for a student, enter the name in the search box and select the SEARCH

button.

Enter the score for the test selected on the far right spaces provided.

Enter student scores and select the ENTER key after each entry. You will see a GREEN CHECK MARK beside your entry. That means the portal has received the information successfully. If you enter the wrong information, you will see an ERROR message :

To enter a student who is newly enrolled at OMEGA, select the green

+Add Student button. The following message will appear:

Enter the student information and SAVE. DO NOT ADD a student who has moved from another class. Contact your School Manager for that information.

Entering scores

When finished, select FINISH &CLOSE ENTRY.

To cancel the entries ,

select CANCEL ENTRY .

To view or edit score sheets

Return to the ENTRY SUMMARY page by selecting the SUMMARY

tab.

Look for the score sheet you entered information. You can use the drop

down buttons as before. To see the scores, choose the blue

SCORES button beside your entry information.

To edit or add more scores, choose

the blue EDIT button.

To delete scores, choose the red X.

To export (send) score sheets to Excel

Select the SCORE SHEET tab.

Look for the score sheet you entered information. You can use the drop

down buttons as before.

To see the scores, choose the green EXPORT button. This message box

will appear:

Select OK.
