Olufemi Jaiyesimi and Co (OJC) is renowned for having provided Audit,
Tax and Advisory services to varying levels of clientele ranging from small,
medium and large enterprises to government parastatals whilst delivering
top notch services, adding value, responding to opportunities and

business activities on 1st March 2000 and has since been
building up its client base in all the sectors of the economy.
The firm is a member of Affilica International, Affilica
Worldwide and also maintains cordial relationships with
other audit and accountancy firms in the country.

Olufemi Adebayo JAIYESIMI
Managing partner
Mr. ‘Femi Jaiyesimi, is the managing partner
and Chief Executive of the Firm and has over
30 years of professional experience providing
Financial Statement audit, other Audit-related
services, advisory services and taxation
services. His experience cuts across diverse
industries and sectors of the economy
including the public domain.
He had his MBA in Financial Management
from Lagos State University Ojo. He was trained
in Babatunde Olayinka and Co., Chartered
Accountants, in Nigeria and qualified as a
Chartered Accountant in 1988. He joined
Messrs. Ayorinde Thomas and Co. in 1989
and became a partner in the Firm in 1992
before he resigned to found Olufemi
Jaiyesimi and Co. in March 2000
He has been involved directly in the audit of
the accounts of very large, medium and small
Companies both in Nigeria and in the
Democratic Republic De Congo (DRC).
He is a member of:

Ijeoma BEKEH
Associate Partner– Audit & Assurance
Ijeoma is the Associate Partner in charge of
audit and assurance department and has over
10 years of professional Experience in financial
statement audit and other Audit-related
services.
She has experience in providing International
Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), audit and
financial advisory services as well as due
diligence. She has also been involved in the
conversion of financial statements to IFRS.
Ijeoma has spent some years in providing Audit
and Assurance, Tax and financial services to
various organizations in the capacity of Audit/
Tax Manager in Olufemi Jaiyesimi & Co. She
had been involved directly in the audit of the
accounts of very large, medium and small
Organisations in Nigeria.

Wasiu Adebayo FASHOLA
Associate Partner– Tax & other Regulatory Services
Bayo is the Associate Partner in charge of Tax
and Regulatory Service department and has
garnered over 12 years of professional
experience in the provision of audit and audit
related assignments and working to provide tax
advisory and compliance services to our clients
in varied industries.
He has led several strategic tax services
covering international tax, business tax,
employment tax, transfer pricing, transaction
tax, tax dispute resolution, tax strategy and
structuring in Nigeria
Prior to joining OJC, he has worked in two other
Audit firms for more than three years.
He currently lectures both ICAN and CITN
students preparing for professional examination
in international tax, advanced taxation, audit &
assurance. He holds a first degree at Lagos
State University, Ojo, Lagos.

Ayoola ADEYEMI
Audit Manager
Ayoola Adeyemi has more than 20 years pre
and post qualification experience in
Accounting, Auditing and Taxation having
worked both in service and manufacturing
industries. He is a seasoned accountant who
grew in the profession from humble beginning
to the Post of an Audit Manager.
While in the Audit Firm, he served in various
capacities such as Statutory Auditing both in
public and private sector, Accountancy
Services, Internal Control Services, Tax
Consulting, and other Corporate Advisory
Services.
Ayoola is also a member of:

Taxation of Nigeria (CITN)
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Graduate of accounting from Yaba
College of Technology.

Tosin DARAMOLA
Risk Assessment Manager
Tosin is the risk assessment manager for OJC.
He conducts risk and compliance assessments
for prospective and current clients, whilst
communicating risk policies and processes for
the organisations.
He also reviews the implementation of the firms
health and safety measures whilst producing
the monthly OJC HSE newsletter.
He is a writer and authored a book titled Focus.
Tosin is:
A graduate of the Federal University of
Technology Akure.
He has two years experience as a data
analyst for Lagos State
He has hands on field experience in on-site
HSE.
