2. CA. Vijay Kumar Agarwal, aged around 67 years is the senior partner of the firm since

1975 and has been associated with firm in different capacities since 1968. He is Fellow

member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Internal

Auditors Inc. USA. The Institute of Insurance Surveyors and Loss Adjusters
