Union Learning Representatives are union members who have volunteered or been elected to carry out the role of supporting the learning aspirations of colleagues in the workplace.

There is no ‘blueprint’ for an effective learning network but a desire to learn from others and to share is essential.

Members meet three times a year regionally, at the ULR Conference and for other learning and development events.

Meetings are held across Wales in different towns, cities and venues to enable as many ULRs as possible to access a meeting in their area.
