Epicor’s eMarketing's URL report provides you with valuable information such as the total of number of clicks for every link in an email, who clicked on each link, when they clicked on it and how many times.
Automatically manage bounces and unsubscribes. Epicor’s eMarketing manages all bounces and unsubscribes automatically providing you with a detailed report on who left your list and when. Bounces are reported by keyword. Epicor’s eMarketing will attempt to send the email 3 times before it becomes a hard bounce.

Newsletter Redistribution Along with the standard method of email distribution, Epicor’s eMarketing also facilitates the following: Tell a Friend functionality to automatically forward a copy of an email to a friend or colleague. Each newsletter may be accessed via a unique URL, and this URL may be used to: Create a newsletter archive section on your website - show current newsletter, or store a copy of any newsletter you wish to share with non-subscribers. Publish the URL to an RSS feed Publish the URL on social networks, like Twitter, FriendFeed, Jaiku etc.

With the Response Reporter we can clearly see the real time results of a campaign and we can then track that against actual pickup in business, i.e. bookings made. This allows us to assess the offers and the marketing message for future campaigns. We can actually measure the amount of people who clicked from the eshot into the Hot Deals on our website, and then we can query our booking engine to assess the exact number of bookings made.
