PRESENTACIÓN DEL CASO
ENFERMEDAD ACTUALMEG, mialgias y fiebre 38.5ºC. No disnea ni tos. Antitérmicos en ambulatorio.2 días: Tos no productiva y dolor en punta de costado en hemitórax derecho.1 día: Dolor y tos aumentan y acude a urgencias
