The main objectives of the project "Construction of the Kalynivka-Byshiv-Yablunivka-Pereviz-Kalynivka motorway project, which will connect two motorroads M-06 Kiev-Chop and M-05 Kiev-Odessa." The implementation of thisproject is of great social significance and will allow to fully realize the economicpotential of the region, namely:

- reduction of the distance of transit transport from west to south to Odesa by 50 km; -reduction of transit traffic along the Great Ring Road of Kyivan alternative route with possible free travel, in the event of payment of fares for the new; -Increasing the flow of taxes from taxes to the budget by creating new infrastructure objects; -Provide proper transport links to residents of. Plesetskaya and Pereviz were taken (about 5 thousand) with the district center, as well as free traffic for the needs of both Vasylkivsky and Makarovsky districts; - the construction of a bridge in Kalynivka village of Vasylkivskyi district through the railway will reduce the emergency situation, which at the moment exists on the railway crossing,

The gas station will comply all

requirements: the second category of capacity (capacity of tanks and refills

per hour) and type "B" on technological solutions (underground closed tanks).

Approximate capacity of gas stations sales is approximately 4600 tons / year.

The total area of the maintenance

station will be up to 2000 square m2 (including all buildings and a

platform for trucks and cars).

5. Modern

logistics

center

Logistics Center, which will be a

logistics complex of class A in

Vasilkovsky district. The center will

include warehouse and office premises

with a total area of 20,000 sq. M, open

storage areas for goods with a total

area of 7.8 hectares with the possibility

of providing a complex of logistic

services.

6. Modern

auto centerThe modern auto centre will be located on

the territory of approximately 0.95 hectares,

with a total area of 3000 m2. It will include a

modern showroom of 440 m2, which can

accommodate up to 12 exhibition cars. The

inventory of spare parts is more than 350

m2, which will contain about 6000 items.

The total area of the service station is 1000

m2, the rest of the area will occupy a cozy

cafe with Wi-Fi zone, offices and office

space.
