Be honest: who likes dragging around unnecessary kilos? Exactly! Thats why were

going to tell you just how you can shed 15 kilos from your super agile KTM. Thats no

Purgue su sistema de frenos de una manera muy simple. Sustituya el

sangrador original de su pinza de freno por este nuevo sangrador con

vlvula incorporada. Slo tienes que abrir el tornillo de la valvula media

vuelta y bombear con la maneta de freno. La vlvula de bloqueo previene

la entrada de aire en el sistema. No necesitas una segunda persona para

realizar la tarea del purgado del circuito de frenado. Cambiar el lquido

de frenos o purgar el sistema, estar hecho en pocos segundos. Viene

con un tapn anodizado. Para la pinza de freno delantera.

BraKE BlEEdEr sCrEw

Bleeding the brakes has never been easier. Simply replace the original

bleeder screw on the brake calliper with this new bleeder screw equipped

with a check valve. When changing the brake fluid or bleeding the system, just release the screw on the check valve by a half turn and pump the brake

fluid through the brake system with the brake lever. The valve prevents air from forcing its way back into the system, i.e. brake bleeding made easy.

No longer do you need a second person to pump or open and close the

bleeder screw. Changing the brake fluid or bleeding the brakes is completed in a matter of seconds. Supplied with an anodized dust cap. Suitable for

the front brake calliper.

mximas prestaciones junto con una mayor elasticidad. Como sugiere su nom-

bre, este precioso escape no est homologado para vas pblicas. En caso de

utilizarse en circuitos con mayores restricciones sobre emisiones que las FIM,

el escape viene equipado con piezas interiores desmontables. Para carrerras

nosotros recomendamos montar la campana de embrague 691.32.001.044.

This Superstock exhaust system has been designed especially for the RC8.

Thanks to the experienced Akrapovic Racing Division that helped in developing

the system, rideability has been optimised even further. This feast for the eyes in

titanium is not street legal. The system is supplied with removable noise reduc-

tion inserts for use on racetracks that allow less noise than FIM regulations. For

racetrack use, we recommend the outer clutch hub 691.32.001.044! Installa-

tion only possible in combination!

An absolute must for every ambitious racer! The fibreglass fairing has been designed and developed in compliance with

FIM regulations for Superstock. For you this means: the fairing

can be painted to individual requirements (supplied primed),

attached to the bike with quick releases and then its off to the track.

Important note for sponsors: the best place on the bike is the rear end,

since thats what the competition sees most. Complete polyester fairing kit

only in combination with Racing mounting kit for control unit and voltage regula-

The Akrapovic Racing and Evolution exhaust systems have been designed especially for Super Duke riders

who want to tease even more out of their bikes. The complete system provides an optimised torque curve to

the rear wheel and saves a lot of weight, improving the Super Dukes handling and not to mention the sharp

appearance. The new silencer design for Akrapovic Racing and Evolution exhaust systems suits the aggres-

sive naked bike look perfectly.

The exhaust is designed as a 2-1-2 system, with two conical header pipes leading into a Y collector. From

here, on to a cylindrical connecting pipe and finally on to the two silencers. The difference between Racing and Evolution silencers lies in the materials used. The Racing version is made from high-quality stainless

steel, while the Evolution uses a special titanium alloy. The performance characteristics of the two systems

are identical. The individual components are connected with sleeve joints secured with silicon-shielded

springs. Both header pipes are prepared for use of lambda sensors. The silencers are also designed espe-

cially for the KTM Super Duke.They are attached to the subframe with Akrapovic carbon clamps developed

specifically for this task. All parts of the Evolution silencer are made from titanium. The exhaust pipe is produced in a specially developed hydroforming process with millimetre precision. The silencer end cap is

made of carbon. The result is impressive: 9 kg less weight along with significantly more power and torque. Including specially tuned mappings.

new bleeder screw equipped with a check valve. When changing the brake fluid or bleeding the system, just release the screw on the check valve by a half turn and pump the brake fluid through the brake system with the brake lever. The valve prevents air from forcing its way back into the system, i.e. brake bleeding made easy. No longer do you need

Akrapovic Racing y Evolution encajan perfectamente en las agresivas lneas de la Supermoto. La

configuracin del sistema es 2-1-2, con dos colectores cnicos y un colector en Y, luego un tubo

de unin en Y cilndrico y finalmente dos silenciadores. La diferencia entre la versin Racing y la

Evolution estriba en los materiales empleados, el primero en acero inoxidable de alta calidad y

el segundo, en titanio especial. Las prestaciones en los dos sistemas son idnticas. Cada pieza

individual est asegurada con juntas y muelles protegidos por silicona. Para la KTM Supermoto

montamos los nuevos silenciadores Akrapovic con abrazaderas de fibra de carbono para sujetarlas

al chasis. El exterior del silenciador es de titanio, como el tubo perforado interior y otras piezas

internas. La parte externa esta fabricada mediante un proceso hidroformado que asegura la mxima

precisin. El exterior del final del silenciador para la Supermoto es de fibra de carbono. El resultado

es impresionante: pesa 9 kg. menos que el escape de serie y sus prestaciones son mucho mejores.

The Akrapovic Racing and Evolution exhaust systems have been designed especially for Supermoto

riders who want to tease even more out of their bikes. The complete system provides an optimised

torque curve to the rear wheel and saves a lot of weight, improving the Supermotos handling and

not to mention the sharp appearance. The new silencer design for Akrapovic Racing and Evolution

exhaust systems suits the aggressive Supermoto look perfectly.

The exhaust is designed as a 2-1-2 system, with two conical header pipes leading into a Y collector.

From here on to a cylindrical connecting pipe and finally on to the two silencers. The difference

between Racing and Evolution silencers lies in the materials used. The Racing version is made

from high-quality stainless steel, while the Evolution uses a special titanium alloy. The performance

characteristics of the two systems are identical. The individual components are connected with

sleeve joints secured with silicon-shielded springs. Both header pipes are prepared for use of lambda

sensors. The silencers are also designed especially for the KTM Supermoto.They are attached to

the subframe with Akrapovic carbon clamps developed specifically for this task. All parts of the

Evolution silencer are made from titanium. The exhaust pipe is produced in a specially developed

hydroforming process with millimetre precision. The silencer end cap is made of carbon. The result

is impressive: 9 kg less weight along with significantly more power and torque.
