The registration fee includes: 1. Printed collection of papers papers grouped around the theme areas of the
Hexagon of the Kopaonik School;
2. Admission to the Opening Plenary Session of the 32nd Meeting and Welcome Cocktail following the Opening Session on 13 December 2019;
3. Admission to all working sessions of all School Departments and Sections, and use of technical amenities and technical organisation in conference facilities;
4. Accreditation – the badge permitting entry into the conference facilities and the participation in the work of the Meeting;
5. Bags for working material of the 32nd Meeting;
6. Admission to the Closing Plenary Session of the 32nd Meeting;
7. Certificate of Attendance in the 32nd Meeting issued by the Kopaonik School.

Registration Fee Payment The registration fee is paid after registration application has been submitted to the Kopaonik School, either by e-mail addressed to: [email protected] or by post, or delivered in person to: Kopaonik School of Natural Law – Slobodan Perović, 74 Krunska, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. Upon receipt of the application, Organiser shall issue a pro-forma invoice valid for seven days. If the payment is not made within seven days upon receipt of the pro-forma invoice, the application shall be automatically deleted from the Organiser’s data base. The payment of fee shall be made to the account of the Kopaonik School of Natural Law – Slobodan Perović with NLB Bank, in accordance with payment instructions issued by Organiser upon receipt of the application. Organiser will be open for registration applications from 12 August 2019.
The registration fee payment can also be effected by purchasing a package deal from Executive Organiser, which includes five nights with half board per person and the registration fee, as indicated below.
The payment of the registration fee shall be made only into the account of the Kopaonik School as Organiser of the 32nd Meeting or to the account of MK Mountain Resort as Executive Organiser of the 32nd Meeting, in which case the registration fee will be included in the package deal as per given information below. Only the applicants who have paid the registration fee shall be entitled to accreditation – the badge permitting entry into the conference facilities and participation in the work of the 32nd Meeting of the Kopaonik School.
General Terms Participation in the conference may be cancelled in writing no later than seven days prior to the event, counting from the day of the receipt of the cancellation. After this time, no cancellations will be eligible for a refund. Name changes are permitted until the opening of the event, subject to a prior notice to Organiser in writing. In case of no show without any prior notice to Organiser, the registrant will be deemed to have agreed to pay full registration fee. The Kopaonik School does not assume any responsibility for any collection of the registration fee for the 32nd Meeting by any tourist agency and/or any other party not explicitly authorised to do so by the Kopaonik School and specified as such on the School’s official Website and in the School’s official Programme. Please note that the Kopaonik School is not a tourist agency and does not provide services in tourism. The Kopaonik School does not accept any responsibility for the hotel accommodation of the participants beyond the accommodation provided by Executive Organiser of the 32nd Meeting.

The Kopaonik School will soon be able to recommend to the participants in the 32nd Meeting a limited number of available rooms at “Konaci” Apartments and other properties on Kopaonik Mt. and will designate a tourist agency authorised for their sale to the participants in the 32nd Meeting. Please note that these rooms and the tourist agency authorised to sell them shall be specified on the Kopaonik School official Website and in the Kopaonik School official Programme.
Venue Information and Shuttle Service Belgrade Airport - Kopaonik -Belgrade Airport The 32nd Meeting of the Kopaonik School will take place at Grand Hotel & Spa****, Kopaonik, Serbia. Kopaonik is the largest and best-known ski resort in Serbia, located in the mountain range of the same name. The altitude of the ski resort: 1770m, the highest peak: 2017m (Pančić Peak). Kopaonik has a subalpine climate and is known as the Mountain of the Sun as there are almost 200 sunny days during the year. Access and distance: Belgrade airport Nikola Tesla – Kopaonik: 290 km. The Kopaonik School will provide shuttle service from the Belgrade airport Nikola Tesla to Kopaonik and from Kopaonik to the Belgrade airport Nikola Tesla.
